Shaniqua Posted December 4, 2017 #1 Posted December 4, 2017 What do you guys think? Wouldn't it be nice if a user who suggested a change gets a small tip if in fact their suggestion is implemented? There are a few bugs I've caught but haven't taken the time to report them. They are not visual and not the kind to be able to take advantage of. If anything its stake that is taking advantage of the user in a bug I've found, but its in a way that is kind of like "ehhhh no one will notice, and its not on purpose." But yeah if i know by taking the time to describe the issue in detail make a post etc etc and if i know ill be getting a little thank you gift i would then hop on the opportunity. Yes yes i know its kind of shallow... but I'm human aren't I? I hope you are human too buahhaha
Snike Posted December 4, 2017 #2 Posted December 4, 2017 I actuall ylike that. It would encourage more people to really think about a suggestion and actually put an effort into it! Good suggestion for suggestions!
barbaris Posted December 4, 2017 #3 Posted December 4, 2017 Not bad idea. I think this idea will appeal to many.
HappyBitcoin Posted December 4, 2017 #4 Posted December 4, 2017 I second this and they should also backdated the rewards! A handful of my suggestions have been implentmented already so pay me
Fabian777 Posted December 5, 2017 #5 Posted December 5, 2017 i agree with you , guys. good idea should be rewarded.
Fequ Posted December 5, 2017 #6 Posted December 5, 2017 I'm pretty sure people are only posting these things in suggestions is so they can get a tip you're just being selfish if anything... A suggestion is a thing you went out of your time to do, not for people to just do them and get tipped, that would just cause mayhem in the forums and people posting unworthy suggestions.

But if a persons suggestion is used or implimented by stake i dont see anything wrong in them rewarding users for this. And every company ask for suggestions thats the best way to get out of the box ideas. You're only saying this because your greedy thats how i see it but thats just my opinion right?

How the hell can that be greed on a customers end when they are offering a service that any company would pay top dollar for. Well its my opinion and you have yours don't get angry, just leave if you can't handle the heat.
skywallkee Posted December 5, 2017 #10 Posted December 5, 2017 I guess that this is somehow useful but somehow not good. Stake already has soooo many ways of awarding its users. Adding another one? Not too nice to ask for more. Yeah, indeed, if it's a major bug and you noticed it first and reported it, yeah, it should be rewarded as it is important, but for something that doesn't affect the outcome of the games nor the visuals or anything important enough to be solved as quick as possible? No, it shouldn't be rewarded, it's just a waste of money. Your idea is good, but not good enough, it's not complete and not very fair for stake.
DevoPromo Posted December 5, 2017 #11 Posted December 5, 2017 LMao, tthis would be funny, because if this was implemented you would get a tip for having a suggestion to implement something new or fix a bug... so if they do implent it, you should techinically get a reward aswell
Featured Comment Dan Posted December 5, 2017 Featured Comment #12 Posted December 5, 2017 The problem with this is, users often think they have created a new idea which is already currently being developed, or report a bug that's already been reported and expect compensation. We currently offer rewards for bugs that are exploitable, but other than that, suggestions and bugs are often already known, but take a while to be patched due to other priorities. In the past if you have suggested something that we haven't thought of and is ground breaking, we have rewarded those users for their contribution. The reason we don't acknowledge it is because if we started paying for "suggestions" then people would spam the forum and support with all these ideas expecting to be paid, when realistically they aren't commendable. We aren't in a position to open the doors to that currently. Everyone will start demanding payments for any idea.

I guess I will continue to take the time and point out bugs when i see them. Ill just have to hope that if I am the first to acknowledge this either a user or stake will reward me just for the sake of it. Thank you guys. Have a good day.
