What are the best altcoins to invest in and why? Personally I hold and trade a few different coins. I'd like to know what your favourite coins are. Feel free to share thoughts :)

I invested a good 6 months ago in the BCH which made a crazy feast, now I am invests in the BTC which will go up at once even if many people do not believe it

ETH not really a alt coin but its v good to hold for now as the price is extremely cheap for the potential use it holds

I think there are some altcoin where we can invest. From my observation and analysis I listed some coins.

They are:

1. BAT COIN

2. KNC COIN

3. AE COIN

4. GRS COIN

5.  MLN COIN

6. OAX COIN 

7. XLM COIN

These coins are good actually for investment. Their project is food as far I know. I studied about their projects and I believe they can give us good profit in future and we have to show patient. This is not any suggestion it's my opinion only. You should invest yourself.

Eth is pretty cheap now, and well as xrp, so if you assume they will increase in value then now might be a good time to invest in them. Unfortunately, nobody know what will actually happen to the price.

This topic can be quite crowded as there are more than 5,000 different coins to invest.  It is clear that many of them are or will become scam but while that happens many of us will put some bitcoins as investment for trading.  I don´t want to loss this opportunity to remember you to do a strong DYOR before you decide to go with any of them.  So far I am right now with ALGO from Algorand as I think is a promising coin.  Clearly I do #Hodl ETH, NEO, BCH, XRP, TRX and some other "shitcoins", some of this are for trading and some other are for holding for the long run.  Good luck and spread the word.

I fond of promising projects with a cool market cap. Besides the top cryptos like BTC, ETH, BNB, XRP.. I also look forward to Netbox.global 's native COIN $NBX. it use to incentivize users of the browser. I would like to add that recently ETH has been doing a lot of work inside its blockchain, by the end of year starting in january a new fork is coming creating big spectations among investors.  Eth will become a good opportunity to invest.

The best alt coin i have invested ever is etherium. simply won't believe but i but etherium when its price massively went down last year. I had a good vision in etherium. After holding it for couple of months i got a profit of more than $100. So i got to know patience is the thing that matters in crypto.

In my opinion, ETH  is the best alt coin to invest at the moment, it is cheap and is 2nd to BTC in the crypto world. Its value is sure to increase in coming months.

I used to have bitconnects (im not joking), as soon as bitconnect hits 200$, I payed out my 5.3 bitconnects (bought em for 50$~ish at that time) and got 3x of the profit. I'm so happy that I got the highest payout in my cryptocurrency investing. I thinked at that time that I want to invest it back, but damn, my guts said "no biach"! And made a decision to not do it again and move on to another altcoin. But things get real intense, as soon as my guts refused to bring the money back on bitconnect investing, months past, It slides down to hell, ya boi bitconnect dropped hard to a single penny (the coin is gone if you want to search it on coinmarketcap). I just can't believe it that the coin was once believed to be a great cryptocurrency, was once now lost into the vast of darkness. Until this day that coin is now a meme, a laughing stock and the rest is history. In conclusion, I would like to advice you to that "joke of a coin", but its a scam coin now.

I would like to add that right now I am taking some coins from Sentivate the "new internet" which I think according to my Dyor, it has potential in the near future.  The coin is $SNTVT and is very cheap right now, ranked 644 at coinmarketcap site.  It is true that ROI is -65% right now, but just got its dip and for that I am getting some in my portfolio.  This one is for a long time hold.  I wonder which coin you are using for trading in order to create more bitcoins with that one.  Good luck.

Just buy XTZ Tezos for next 1 -2 years it will give you easily good return with staking coins.

Personally in terms of alt coins, I would recommend Tezos, EOS and NEO.

Investing in altcoins depends on how long you wanna invest for, if you want to invest for a few months or so then go for eth, ltc, xrp etc otherwise look at some newer cryptos which are riskier but can give you a lot of profit in a few years.

I think the most prospective altcoins for investing which are supported by big exchanges like Binance. I know Elrond project and Harmony. Both of them can suggest good solutions for some contemporary problems and I have already bought some tokens of these projects
