Some chat users frequently use the *kisses ThisOrThat* chat to make them look cute. I really dont think this is appropriate and it should be muted. 

Could be almost pedophile when a grown ass dude says *kissing xxx* to a 18 yr old girl...

well no children should be playing here anyways? Duh. So if someones sending you kisses then it's kisses from an adult who plays here. Unless you're the one who's underage... dun dun dun...........................

I think its not a problem if it is done in "fun" , but still tho if any one gets offended you can contact any of thy Mods with a screenshot and we will look into it !

I don't see a problem between 2 adults if (and only) the person who received the kiss don't see a problem herself/himself. If it's the case he/she can ask the kisser to stop it and/or contact any member of the team and we will take action on it.

If we have to mute that kind of things we'll have to mute also :

  • people promoting drugs of any kind (illegal in some countries)
  • people pushing others to drink alcohol (incitement to debauchery)
  • people using abusive words even for fun (cunt, asshole, ..)
  • people making gay jokes (can hurt some)
  • ...

Basically we will mute half of the chat on a constant basis. I'm ok with that tho but you and others already think we are too strict about the mutes ^_^

Yoo!! Kargai ^ Correct.

It's fine if 2 people are really ok with this kinda stuff of kissing alcohol and stuff. but if you are not getting the reply of the kiss and still kept on asking for one kiss on chat with 10 times asking in a row that can be one reason to be getting mute.

I choose not to think anything of it, because sometimes these relationships can happen due to a girl not having a father figure in their lives. I know tons of young insecure girls without a dad in their life that get with older men.. I  don't really believe showing affection is a bad thing, or that affection should be based upon age,  since at 20 years old, you're already an adult.. And plus, girls aren't oblivious.  Half the time, girls will play the part and be nice to whoever. Unless  they're a bi***... BUT if a creeper be creeepin then he just needs to gtfo mkay ??

I can not see the problem between a 40-year-old kissing somebody that is 20-year-old, in real life, or in cyber life, if they both agree and are happy with it.

Much less I can understand why somebody mentions again and again old men kissing young girls, but apparently it would be OK if a woman 40 y.o. kisses a 18 y.o. boy, is that "almost pedophile" too ???.

Going to the real subject here, what happens on Stake.com chatbox, sometimes a cyber kiss or a cyber hug is a joke or a funny thing.

But maybe at some point it can also be offensive, or even can be harassment against some user, it depends a lot in several other things, for example if its very repetitive, unwanted, etc....

The purpose of us Mods in chat is to help ppl, and that everyone is happy here.

If you think something is offensive or wrong, you can contact a Mod in PM explaining your point.

You can also contact another user in PM if you think he/she is doing something wrong, because maybe he/she did not notice he is doing any harm.

And Im mentioning this because there are "drama queens" ("drama kings" too) that fill the chatbox with talk about a certain problem that only matters to 1 user.

As Kargai already said, there are lots of subjects like drugs, alcohol, porn, racism, etc. that appear often in chat box.

We are a big community in Stake (and we will be bigger in the future), it´s impossible that we all agree in everything, just let´s try to be nice to others and be together in the most harmonic possible way. 

Again, please remember to contact Mods in PM for anything you need, specially for chatbox related issues. You can also contact Live Support if you prefer, but they have a looot of other issues to solve too, other than the chatbox.

(Sorry for language) It doesnt make fucking sense if you say "apparently it would be ok for a 40 yr old woman to kiss a 18 yr old" It's the same level of "almost pedophile" as if you would switch up the gender. You're making me look like a fuckin sexist.

And this thread in general wasnt meant to be 100% serious... But lots of people have a problem with it so I guess its good that many people vote for yes

It's not that offensive in order to be muted. Come on now, this site should be 18+ only (maybe even 21). Why is it something that bad? As long as nobody is harassing you or spams you with kisses, it shouldn't be a problem. If someone does it on purpose to annoy you, you can anytime call a moderator. There are other things that maybe should be muted, but aren't because we're all here mature (or we're supposed to be). So... if you're being annoyed by someone, call a moderator, but don't try to be a princess, because castles aren't a thing anymore.

Agreed to Kargai. We know definitely the purpose of that is only for fun. How the fuck can we kiss someone through chat anyway?
