Mahdirakib87 Posted November 14, 2019 #1 Posted November 14, 2019 The mathematics of gambling are a collection of probability applications encountered in games of chance and can be included in game theory (Wikipedia). So our gambling depends on probability. We calculate the odds sometime but it's not the exact result. Cause we get unexpected, early win and unnatural much reds too. Before playing on any payout and game do you calculate the odds? Probability means the odd isn't fully right all of the time. You will see much or less win/loss then you will check on odd.
Ali saher Posted November 15, 2019 #2 Posted November 15, 2019 If I tell you true I play gambling last one year and 4 months but I not check anything before game I just open site and play every game just simply I don't calculate anything about winning percentage I just select 2x or 3x multiplayer and play game
williamshennie9 Posted December 27, 2019 #3 Posted December 27, 2019 Yes you should always check the percentage chance of winning. This will determine your base bet. If your balance is 0.01 btc, it is stupid to go all in on a payout like 1000x, which looking at the chance of winning.
nuuuitsjdragon Posted December 27, 2019 #4 Posted December 27, 2019 It helps since Stake has added the odds for games like Plinko & Keno, which I frequently refer to. I have since realised that it does match my personal opinions/gut-feeling on which settings are more suitable for different balances. By that I mean. some settings which I found good before I knew of the odds - turned out to be sufficiently high-variance, but not at an un-acceptable probability to hit. 😃
seanwattson Posted December 27, 2019 #5 Posted December 27, 2019 As the motto says, play smartly. All these aren't puzzles however using simple math can help you gain a leverage. So to answer the topics if there is math involved I find out probability andnodds as this helps me decide on wager, if I need to use increase on loss function amd when to realize when this risk is too big. Stay green guys!
DreamStage Posted January 14, 2020 #6 Posted January 14, 2020 Yes i have been using such calculations before applying a strategy. With the help of ChatBot i gather information regarding my odds for a particular strategy and https://dicesites.com/tools as well. You can always check which strategies are best for you on a particular base bet amount using both informations. And yes my red streaks are always constant according with ChatBot Else i just reset my seed.

I rarely used autobets that's why. But this tool will be useful when I want to explore autobetting.
Dp10011 Posted February 20, 2020 #8 Posted February 20, 2020 It is correct. But it is not encouraging if you see that you bet 100 usd or more knowing that you only have a 0.001 chance of winning. I have a habit of looking at these things, but I'm not just stuck with math. Luck is also a big definer in games. After all, it is a game of luck and lack of it and not purely mathematical.
evet Posted February 27, 2020 #9 Posted February 27, 2020 when I got free time I directly open stake in my laptop. Can't think of any probability tester of calculator haha I'll just depend mostly on my luck I guess. But it would be great if there are actually probability tester in all games at stake that works closely to reality.
sugam Posted February 27, 2020 #10 Posted February 27, 2020 I never check the probability of winning chanced XD I like to go random... checking probably will just make it less fun and more intense...
dkpiiit953 Posted February 27, 2020 #11 Posted February 27, 2020 Hello my friends. For my part I do not calculate the stats because if you are not lucky it is strictly useless, I like to just take a look but I do not really pay attention. Good luck to all the guys and have a nice day
Seoulmate Posted February 27, 2020 #12 Posted February 27, 2020 Players with enough experience will instinctively know what the odds are for certain events to occur and don't need to check calculators except for very unusual events, like the 31 reds under 2x that one player experienced recently. The nonce (total number of events) is also a factor when considering the probability of an event occuring.
reebox Posted March 21, 2020 #13 Posted March 21, 2020 I always check the possibility of winning before playing because with that I can further minimize losses or failures that I experience when playing and also calculate how much balance is needed to play.
Jonallyn Posted June 30, 2020 #16 Posted June 30, 2020 no..i dont really think the provability of winning... i just always play..
Aztrix Posted July 25, 2020 #18 Posted July 25, 2020 sometimes, depends on what mood im in. risky or not. i like wizard of odds as a resource
Moderator varka1985 Posted August 3, 2020 Moderator #19 Posted August 3, 2020 yes i do check probabilities before betting in casino but probabilities do not work , for me its mostly luck in casino

Asapdurif Posted August 8, 2020 #21 Posted August 8, 2020 Never look at the probability, just do it ! Haha
Rarayw Posted August 29, 2020 #23 Posted August 29, 2020 I do sometimes checking the probability before betting, but mostly i just let the luck do the rest
