On the 8th day of Xmas, stake made for me, the forums even more spammy

Yo stakers, Mike here.

If you have seen some of my posts on the subject, you know already I believe the forum is spammed constantly and consistently. With the addition of the 8th day of Christmas bonus from stake, double the forum rewards, it has exacerbated it tenfold. From unintelligible spam, to rehashed copypasta.

Look at some of the topics started since this was done. "Should we have main game?", "What would you do if you win large money, but not large enough...", "Why do you gamble?",  "What give you much pleasure in gambling?"

Now, I will be honest and tell you, I only came to get some of the sats for myself. The difference is when I make a topic it isn't going to be the same one you saw yesterday. It isn't going going to say something like, I like gambling, what do you think of this?. It will be my actual thoughts and opinions. 

It's free money they're giving us guys. The least you could do is put a little effort forth and actually take the time and think before you type.

Thanks for reading. Don't really care what you think about it. Probably won't look at this thread again.

That’s an ordinary thing of stake forum and spamming posts . You can’t stop them even they always do same points with different posts

I think that's a really cynical view. The forums are a great place to connect with the community away from the site when you aren't playing but just wanna catch up. 

Also I love the forum satoshi bonus, it's a nice incentive to get more active in the forum. Spammers will spam regardless I don't think it makes much difference if they are getting 600 sats per post or 1.2k. I think this incentive will hopefully prompt less active users to get more active, and then they will get a chance to experience the forum. 

It's also really nicely tied in with the whole festive holiday time I think. This is a time of year that's meant to bring people together, this challenge by encouraging more interaction on the forum will do that I'm sure!

I do agree with you here, but at the end of the day the forum was drying out a week ago. I was literally the only person on here, making new discussions and commenting. Seeing an increase in the number of people here is only positive and I’m glad that Stake are doing this. 

Yes, there are some people they are spamming. But still, there are more good conversations going on and there is a lot to respond too.

Well on one hand I see what you mean and find it a feeling I already felt, some subject are too say it kindly uninteresting.. On the other as you say it too being original is hard here not to say almost impossible to find a subject that has never been dealt anytime.. 

And even you admit it you already said here hour opinion about forum being over spammed due to rewrding the post. 

So in fact you do just like everyone of us you post things to get rewarding regardless it's use full contribution to forum.... But I do it too so I'm not blaming you at all.. Nowadays we are all spammers from some else point of view. 

I only hope this will not lead stake to rise another time forum withdraw or to lower post rewards...

Stake is always good with their promotions.
This is really correct time  to collect some freebies from stake forum, Right...

But i still don't know is it worth to spend time on forum to get small satoshi instead of these we can make more profit from website in that much time.
Small user/ user who busted their balance would have opportunity to get some freebies this time...

Well we cannot blame people from postinv some a little bit related topics to one another but still I dont have any complaint about it. I mean if there was no new post in forum how would you earn? Its kinda awkward for us to recomment on a post that we commented before right? Atleast let the mods or support do the jobs if there was wrong about the post they can delete it easily

yes you are right, many topics are the same despite the different titles, but the contents of the topic are the same. in fact so many topics are discussed repeatedly. all of us who are here often know about it

Yes, unfortunately, people are too lazy to write interesting topics and they simply copy from others or rephrase them. Is it hard to just use a search before writing existing topics. The reward entails an increase in spam on the forum.

Let them spam. I think the admins well distinguish between spam and where not, leave this work to them. As for me, here is a good place to speak out and let it be free for thought.

I spend little time on any forum, but I think what you just said, has been said every day by someone on some forum somewhere. I wish I was spamming for sats, but I think im spamming for posts? Is that the same thing, or different. P.S. I wont be reading future posts on this thread either, as I too do not gaf.

That was logical to happen. People earning little already did anything and now with double pay no talk! Too much spam! It always had everywhere. Each one takes advantage of the information they want. Who does not like some content not read.

But that gave a good buzz in the forum. It would be good for everyone to participate regardless of earnings. But few people are brave enough to do things "for free!"

I think the spam has decreased since the rewards increased. Low rewards attract the most desperate of players to spam for forum rewards. So in my opinion, higher rewards are better for everyone.

I agree 100% with you. ever since the new double rewards feature they added, the forums have been much more spammy. It's good in a way that people are trying to get back into it and that it is being more active, but at the same time, people can really abuse it. Hopefully the forum can stay this active consistently!
