Glitches on some games

Hello stakers I experience a glitch when I was playing mines, I forgot to take a screenshot and reload the site immediately, and for that glitch I was playing while ago and I put the settings on 6 bombs but when I start the game and hit 1 tap bomb I notice that 8bombs was on that tiles and im sure that I put it at 6 and as I said after refreshing the site it appears only 6 when I checked the bet id, if you think im making stories then I dont blame you I wont gain from telling lies, and it happens the time when sir eddie making a spam drop rain and immediately close the chat and play the game. My fault is I didnt bother taking a screenshot because it was too lag thats why I refresh the site on that moment

Yes best thing is to take screenshot next time and maybe contact support and someone will probably be able to check logs for you!

Well I think the only way to really solve this issue is to forward the problem preferably with a screenshot of what went wrong to the developers such as Josh or Spike. It might help too to inform the support team of the glitch so they can forward it to the developers.

It's a pretty weird flaw and I haven't seen anyone complain about something like that yet, but it can happen and I believe, but having no way to prove it really gets hard. Good luck friend I hope you make a lot of money.

This is the first time I hear about this and I have never encountered such problems. I think only support in this matter can help you, but without a screenshot it’s hard to say anything.

Hmmm, that's a bit odd. Next time you have this issue, make sure you take a screenshot of it and send it to the support via live support. They will give you information on why it has happened and they will most of the time be able to fix your issue.

You must take screenshots when you have any issues I think few days stake so much active that's why some time error coming I also yesterday received some error

Always best to take a screenshot, because this has never happened to me before, so I can't really say if it was an error on your side, or on stake's side. Best to get the snipping tool ready

your mistake, you did not do a screenshot, you should do a screenshot as proof of what happened to your game. so you can report it to support with strong evidence, but if you don't have strong evidence, then support won't be able to help you

They are more glitches at some games and I think the most annoying one is on plinko when the ball hits certain pin , but the result is different. For example you hit 26x but in fact it's 0.2x. It has been like that for a very long time I think even from the beginning. They said that they already fixed that, but a couple of days ago it happened to me again. Yes it's true it doesn't happen that often anymore, but it does.
