I am pretty suspicious of these moves north. Crypto spot trading volumes have shrank with 31.5% in recent months: https://www.forexbrokerz.com/news/crypto-spot-trading-volumes-down-by-315-in-july-to-new-record-low-for-the-year

It's likely due to the crackdown on cryptos in China. So I don't trust the current move north much.

Clearly I was deeply wrong about the move north. I admit I underestimated how fast the industry would recuperate after China banned cryptos. And look where the industry is now. BTC may reach 70k USD this year after all.

With the recent strike of Iran's top general by the U.S. tensions are high. The price of btc jumped around $300 after the announcement was made.  

Apparently though, if you live in Iran. you can sell your bitcoin for a whopping $24000!
