Sped Posted January 8, 2020 #1 Posted January 8, 2020 Hello Stakers! Recently, I noticed on stake after winning some 50$ bets that I was not put on high rollers and was confused. Then a nice stake user kindly informed me that the cap was raised to 100$. Honestly, I don't know how I feel about this. On one end, this means that getting on highrollers is a bigger accomplishment and should be cherished more. However, this also means that getting that sweet flame is going to be more difficult! I personally enjoy it however because this means there will be less flexes in chat, and begging. There is not a lot on stake I hate more than people waiting on highroller for someone to win big and start messaging/adding/@ing them in chat on stake. I think this is an effective fix for some cases. What do all of you think? Have a great day!

I honestly experienced this way back November of 2019. But to tell you the truth I have not ever bet $50 USD not even $5. But I really had it once. My currency that time is XRP and the biggest I bet was 2 XRP and nothing more. But still got the high roller flame beside my username. A friend of mine told me that it is also because of the big wins that time. I am not sure about this but this never happened again. Good luck to you! Cheers; NiCOL3
wngo123 Posted January 8, 2020 #4 Posted January 8, 2020 With my luck or rather lack of it, I'm not on high roller very often , but there was time when I ended up there and for sure it was good feeling, but money I made was much better than getting on that fame wall, if I had to choose I would definitely go for the prize instead of being on high roller tab I think it is a good thing that they raised the cap to $100. For two reasons: the high roller tab was getting too busy and that's good for us because it means more people won over $50 in bets. Second: we can now see really the most impressive bets. Remember to get on high roller you don't need to bet high. I got there with just 1000 sats bet. What is important is the profit. So I don't think it discriminates those who won $50, after all they get their money so they should be happy.

I had no idea until I chatted and saw there was a flame beside my username. I was like what the f*ck is this? Then someone told me its a high roller badge or something. Then I said I never bet big amount. They can't answer. But that time I was really getting big wins. Like betting 1 or 2 XRP and playing on Keno and choosing 5 numbers will luckily hit all 5 numbers so getting x450 multiplier instantly and that was few consecutive times. Anyway if 100$ is more better than 50$. Because most of people in stake are really hightrollers and if only 50$ and get hightroller all of people are thinking really rich .

I've had the pleasure of being at HR and seeing that flame in the name. Particularly it makes no difference today to me. I can't and I don't hunt big bets anymore. This feature only catches the attention of profiteers. But apparently, in the face of some changes the stake is becoming a casino to and from the rich!

Unless I hit a huge multiplier on something I won't get on HR anyways because I generally don't bet that big on a single roll. Being on HR just leads to more begging and tagging in chat for the most part. If I end up on there that's great, but I don't make a goal of it.

sheenazbay Posted January 9, 2020 #18 Posted January 9, 2020 I just found out about this, several times I hit above 50 $ and I don't have a flame, but this topic answers my question, thank you, finally I understand now, that we have to hit or get a profit of at least 100 $ to become highrollers and it reduces people asking for friendship and begging in my opinion
