I clicked the link and it directed me to a blog or something. I don't really know much of that owner and stock trading platform he operates. I can't judge for sure, but the blog was made for the purpose of giving out his opinion, whoever made that or if it's you. But it's not an official article that would be reliable. Sorry man, but judge and be biased without even knowing the full details and seeing the legit proofs.

The link is a blog and doesn't seem to perpetrate any harm unless you adhere to its content, which would all be up to you.

Just an advice. In keen occular inspection you can already deduce if a site is legitimate or not.

-Check the site's layout. A professional website is much more user-friendly, has rich GUI (not a plain text or a content where only the colors and fonts differ along its content) and functional links (does not take you on endless loops).

-Check the grammar and writing style. A legitimate, professional site does not use hyperbolé, refrains from using adjectives and has a neutral tone (avoids first-person pronouns).

-Check the ads. It is immediately a red flag if the site reek of ads.

-Check review sites. A simple Googling on the site's name would easily clear the clouds for you.
