Either odds or house edge will eat you away...

So there is no way to win..

Prove me I am wrong...

I would be happy to be wrong but I believe truth is bitter

Martingale is destroyed by odds and others like random vs random is destroyed by edge...

Example :if I followed random vs random or plinko or keno to hit 1000x.. Already I would have wagered 10btc in dice, more than 100btc in keno and 0.7btc in plinko to hit that if basebet was 1000sats...so already house edge ate more than 0.01btc... So what is the use of hitting after also... And I learned that randomness follows cycles... If you win and if you continue you will loose and if you loose but continue still you will loose because house edge..

The only way to profit from casino is to hit a profit such that you need not gamble again.. That is 10btc profits.. But odds come here and never let the 100k sats hit 9900x in first roll..

So the truth is bitter

Or instead of spending 100 €/month for a i dont know what thing that makes you happy, after that month, you only lose 1 € because of house edge.. and you still have fun, and chat, and rakeback and challenges, and such..

You see where i am going.. If you want to make profit, well its better to find some other hobbies

Yes that is only if you're only talking about game profits.

See the best part about stake is that it has many many ways to win. By winning i mean win something, it may not be as big as what you are expecting probably. But there is rakeback which essentially reduces the house edge effect and then there are races where you could make something off of that wager, even though you lose a lot. Then there are giveaways, challenges and sports bet promotions where you could get refunded etc.

I do believe that the way to win in a casino is actually targeting an amount and leaving when you hit it, but for that you must decide how much you want. Usually once you hit that you may continue to play hoping you would win more. This could end well, but usually would end bad.

For me I just like to spend my time here and play for fun. Of course its nice to win, and try out strats to gain something from the games etc. So it depends on how you want to play really. :)

This is literally the luckiest bet that I have seen for a while. If it took you 50 rolls to get $7000, then you are quite literally the luckiest person that I have seen for months!

To say it was luck, is to say that my knowledge experience and skills with this game had no part to play.

I understand  that It is more palatable for some people to believe it was just luck, as the alternative is a little harder to swallow.

I agree to that, the longer you play the more chance that you will get messed up by the house edge or the odds of losing streak. But we can counter this if we shorten our playing session. Let's say making a lot of profit as quick as possible and then stopping while we are ahead. Easy to say but hard to do cause we can't be sure of how we should bet

Yes ! When we win we want win more , and when we lose we want to win, it's hard to leave !

i think this is what you call gambling, and its fair but you cant say you will lose everytime, people win everyday and lose everyday, mostly you will lose, but some day at some point you may get big hit, which can recover all of your losses, mostly its depend on luck.

You're right!
But nobody cares about that. The house has its advantages there, but if the player receives a payment that guarantees him a profit, he will not look at the advantage that the house has over him. That simple!

But it is true that, in the long run, he plays more, but the house hopes to fry the player sooner or later.
Therefore, the more we play, win or lose, we are always making profits for the house!

This is casino! :)

in my opinion, the way to win a casino is to play in a short amount of time and have a daily profit target. after the target profit is reached, stop playing and continue playing tomorrow. because if you play for a long time, you will lose

Thank you for this very informative topic mate. You have explained it very well and have answered all my queries about the house edge and the odds at Stake. Let me just add up that though what you have pointed out is a 100% fact, please let's not forget that one big factor to this is knowing when to stop. So don't ever forget the famous line about gambling, STOP WHEN THE FUN STOPS. Cheers! 😊

I win everyday and lose everyday. Everybody wins everyday and lose. You can't win all the time and you can't lose all the time... but the thing is how much you win and when you withdraw. If you win and continue to play you will eventually lose, you are right, but if you withdraw at the right moment you have a chance for profit.

Gambling is only thing which keep our dream alive... (Which we can't complete by doing normal jobs)

I know we can't hit 9900x with 100k bet in first attempt.
but did all of us has enough courage to bet 100k on 9900x...

but be specifically saying (ur luck needed to be that much strong)
My bet is 9900x in 8 bets  with 10 satoshi.
once of streamer (User - OlegBarca) hit 10k x in Limbo in 7 bets .

so it also possible in 1 bet
but don't u expect very big luck like u fall from height of 10,000 meters and survived without injury...

I agree 100% with Seoulmate.

Luck can certainly play a factor at times. However, the real edge comes from being familiar with the general behavior of a game and what the most probable outcomes will be during a certain time frame.

It's not too hard, just takes time to put in the research and getting familiar with the game you choose.

For me, the very hardest part, is controlling my bets and not getting carried away.  If I manage to stick with what I "know", then I win far more frequently with far less losses.

Yes the house edge is definitely going to do a big damage in the long term gambling sessions given that you are always against the odds when it comes to gambling against a casino. Nonetheless that being said as shown by some players above, hitting really high and extreme multipliers is pretty much one way to defy the house edge too in order to gain profit. :)

I mean yeah, the house can eat up a sum of money, but as long as you win and sell profit and keep doing that over and over again you'll be in the profit and not in the loss, randomness isn't followed up by cycles.
