Now you will not get reloads or a vip-host anymore once you hit the gold rank. You need to be Platinum from now on. I understand that the casinos dont have to give back anything and I am really thankful for all the bonuses and coupons that we get! So please dont understand me wrong.. But in my opinion just changing the benefits from one day to another is not quite fair. I personally am bronze at the moment and my goal always was to reach gold. For me gold is a rank that is actually achievable while reaching platinum will be very hard and im not sure if im ever going to hit it. These vip ranks always gave me some kind of motivation, knowing that if i keep playing on this site I will atleast get some nice bonuses and increase my vip rank. Whenever I deposited something to stake, no matter how small or big, I always made sure to wager atleast a little bit so that I can reach my goal of getting to the gold vip rank. However now the gold rank just doesnt feel special anymore. This change took quite some motivation of mine to play here instead of other casinos (I still love to play on stake though). By changing the benefits of the vip ranks I feel like theres dissatisfaction and maybe even envy amongst the users. We were discussing this today in the german chat, theres someone who gets reloads and has a vip-host with the rank of silver and now there will be people with the gold vip rank that dont even have this.. Personally I think its just not quite fair to change these things when theres players that are trying to achive gold and then suddenly all their effort was for nothing.. I do understand that casinos really dont need to give us anything back, but there still could have been other better options than just removing reloads and vip-hosts completly. For example they could have reduced the amount of coins you get from the reloads with gold and not give you and personal host. Or they could have added a different bonus to gold just to atleast still make it a bit special. I think having players with the same rank but not the same bonuses creates dissatisaction and envy amongst the users. It would be good if players that already reached a vip rank wouldnt be affected by such benefit changes and only the new users would be. Of course that wouldnt solve the problem of people having the same rank but different benefits... but atleast people that already were trying to reach a certain rank didnt do it all for nothing.. If someone had like 90% on silver and is wagering just to reach gold and then on the next day suddenly the benefits of gold arent there anymore, is that fair? I mean stake has all the rights to do it but there would be so many better options in my opinion... Whats your opinion on this? 😶 P.S excuse my spelling and grammar errors 😅 Update: Its now one month ago when I posted this and with some great luck I managed to reach gold! It happened way faster than I had ever thaught ^^ Platinum, im coming!
sheenazbay Posted February 27, 2020 #2 Posted February 27, 2020 I just found this out from my friend whose account is gold, he said that he no longer gets reloaded, and currently only paltinum accounts get reloaded. It is unfortunate, but maybe the site hopes more users will become paltinum

You should at least set a deadline for each user, but any and all changes made by the stake are immediately entered into the decision. And it hurts both those who are already VIP and those who are close.

I’m a gold VIP atm and I know what is going on, since I asked my VIP host about it. The main reason why they have been changing these “reward systems”, is solely on the increasing popularity of the site. Eddie has said before how the number on Gold VIP’s and above have been rapidly increasing and maybe they don’t need these incentives any more. I remember when I was a bronze VIP, and I thought that reaching gold was a mile too far away. Being here now, it really doesn’t take a lot to wager $100k in a month if you are playing on stake regularly. If you take part in the mega race with a $500 balance and you are conservative with your bets, I think that it is more than achievable to get a 5 BTC ($50000 wager) with this balance. Already, that is half way to the Gold VIP rank.

What i meant was that if you are for example silver and they do changes like that, that you wouldnt be affected. But all the new users would be that arent any vip rank or just joined stake. But of course for stake that would mean that they would save way less money on this change.

Stake already is giving free money to all of us everyday. I'm already happy with the weekly and monthly coupons and the reload is already a bonus if ever i hit platinum. I'm still at silver though , i got to this tier using all the free crypto that Stake has given away.
Etude Posted February 28, 2020 #7 Posted February 28, 2020 Well since I have been at the Platinum range for a long time now since the start of this VIP program of Stake, I guess it can be quite troublesome especially for newcomers to reach Platinum to enjoy benefits such as Reload. Nonetheless it is a rather good deal to work your way towards it in the long run.

I guess it's just new way of a motivation for players to aim for platinum as quick as possible. Anyway, it was reasonable for gold to have boosts/reload every hour or daily but they changed it and we just gotta respect their decisions, and mainly we are here to gamble not to aim for the freebies. Those are just bonuses

wyj1306 Posted March 19, 2020 #12 Posted March 19, 2020 Really the site makes some strange changes without informing anything, and this will happen more and more frequently as more people are becoming vip every day, and with this great demand maintaining great benefits for a large number of people is not profitable for the casino , so we should expect even more drastic changes in this regard.

automatic Posted March 20, 2020 #18 Posted March 20, 2020 I maybe one of those golds which didnt received anymore reloads. I was gold 2 weeks ago affected with the VIP changes. But any rate, i'm still thankful, stake gave me a bonus once i got to gold rank.

I just hope that even tho they change it. they also increase the promotions for Vip to make up with it. For new players, its really hard.

Activate the option. Hope you understand

This is because change is the only constant and by one way or another this site will prob lose it all. I mean look, at my beginning there was a faucet, no slots and no diamond levels. However, once you achieve this, you have earned it and it will be yours. Def worth it. Well, maybe not lol but it was fun while it hurt sometimes! Stay green!
