Yeah but that is risky though. For newbie, they better learn about it first before investing in any of it (if that's the purpose). 

Beside, I doubt they will just buy some without knowing what that is.

Its risky bitcoin can one day be worth a lot but next day worth nothing you never know

Well.. it is quite true. At least for me, I didn't even know what bitcoin is for sure and I just bought 0.008 BTC. I made a wallet, I added the funds to it and started trading. I lost a few as I didn't know how to make some profit out of it, but I also made something and my overall profit was 0. But I don't recommend to anyone to go my way as it was pretty risky, you should better read a little about it and inform yourself before. That's what I'm doing now before investing in any funds.

Heard that the exchange with paypal is very risky and you can be deceived. Scammers like paypal.

I think searching all over the forum might a bit of help to you and if your lucky enough you might as well learn about a few things psychology of gambling and trading also
