Is corona virus really Afecting soccer that much

I have been looking at the case of Corona virus for a while now and its affecting so many people and this one case that I have seen around me is that people who sell goods from china are no longer ordering from china, but the worst is the case of corona in sports, there are so many football matches that are played indoors and people are really told to avoid being in  a crowded places, and the worst affect is Italian football, the cases that have been reported has made the government to stop most of events that involve mass, this is to avoid the spread, even pope himself addressed the crowd for a short time and inside a glass confide place.

so is corona going to affect the revenue in football?? and every other game that we have, there are speculations that Japan 2020 will also be cancelled

yes it is, already postponed qualifier round in asia, and its getting more worse, i dont think world can control it now, it will be gone by its own when temprature will rise, but it will be still bad for cold countries, i hope it will be end by the end of this year.

umm i think it should be separate for player and fan so for the people who play sport that already know that they are have a high life with a good health so for player i think not effect they can take a match but in term of fan club is very weak to get the influence from people that dont know who and it a lot of people so it can make a live match that it  can have term of business too that sponsor need people to see and  and the club that get the profit a lot of advertise and sponsor so i think it will effect

Yes I think this virus affect so many things including football and so many other games.and I think so much more upcoming events affected for this Reason. Everyone try to safe himself.

yes indeed the corona virus has caused global concern, many things have changed, especially those dealing with china.  In my country there have also been a number of games canceled, and that has slightly affected my betting in sports.

Of course it would. People will a give a shit about their safety than entertainment. Games will be postponed. And not just soccer, if a country is confirmed to have the corona inside it then everything will be affected. It's a matter of life and death when corona hits.

For sure! And not just in football, but in most sports.
In addition to the health problem, this virus has caused great chaos in the social economy. At this point, sports betting sites must be suffering serious losses as a result of the mass cancellation of major sports matches around the world.

Days after the initial post, and the answer is obviously yes. This virus does not discriminate, and we've seen popular athletes as well as celebrities testing positive for it. Losing revenue but guess that's better than losing lives. Be safe, everyone.

of course, you can't have a lot of people on stadium because of coronavirus, otherwise a lot of they would be infected even if there is 1 guy with corona. SO its not profitable for hosters to host matched on empty arenas
