Therefore, the reason why you didn't qualify for this extra bonus is because you ended up on an even position on that Race - 18th place. Ali saher Posted March 11, 2020 #4 Posted March 11, 2020 If stake say they give bonus on top 35 position then they must give you. I think you not claim the bonus coupons. If you claim and not coupons work then you contact support team they give you your bonus don't worry.

Then you contact support team because support team must solve the players problems.
Etude Posted March 11, 2020 #7 Posted March 11, 2020 Well seems like it has been explained a few times already here the issue is because you most likely did not end up in a "odd" numbered position within the top 35 this time around in the Races.

Some people just don't read the rules of the race bonuses smh At the end of the day, if you miss out on a spot because you didn't read the requirements properly, just take that as a lesson to read them properly the next time

Although I busted everything, at least I played with different cryptos to get some wagering and made the numbers more beautiful, but that's an OCD thingy on my part! 😃
