Some claim a reload and goes all in at a certain payout to increase the money straight away, others are patient and saves the reloads as much as they can. As this reload is only for a week, it doesn't really matter if you're wagering, losing or winning. Because there won't be a renewal of the reload. But the usual daily reload for some gold players and the other Platinum/Diamond players are renewed every week. It depends on your wager, your profit/loss etc. So if this isn't your regular daily reload, feel free to play with them or saving them up. And remember to claim as much as you can to bolster your balance.

I even had a chance to withdraw mu;tiple times from those reloads even without wagering them and just kept on claiming every 10 minutes. I dont save mine and honestly the every 10 min became kinda of a pain I swithced back to daily but from here on out I think will do hourly it is a happy balance for me
