blocking my withdrawels for no reason

this post is for anyone beside the useless support at stake site :

i have multi account stake dosnt prohibt that now i want to make a withdraw it shows pending ,and removed from my balance

i reach to the support they tell me that you need to do KYC provide them with the personell ID and picture for me holding paper with the user name and so on so i did ,

its been 12 hours no responce and the support want me to do KYC for every account that i have

i sended them all the transaction from my wallet to stake accounts but they still wants me to do kyc

the problem is stake dosnt prohibit multi accounts but the system blocks that behavior and the support says multi account are allowed but the punish every one having multi account

whats the solution here i dont get it i just want my money back.

Ha, well, I really don't like what I read here, mate, when I see or hear KYC, verification, I cringe!

For this one, KYC is the site's security protocol for people who are trying to abuse or circumvent the system to do illicit activity (for reasons such as coin dipping, if I got the term correctly and trying to explicitly cover scamming tactics by moving a coin balance away from a suspected account). If you are not hiding something, there is no reason not to provide what they need as they won't keep it for purposes other than identification anyway (read their T&Cs).

Maybe they were verifying your informations for now. You gotta understand that they gotta do this for security.

I'm new here so what I really understand by kyc is to prevent banks or currencies from being used, by criminal elements for money laundering activities
