Limbo vs. Dice

Since both games kinda work in similar ways, the two major differences for Dice vs. Limbo are:

• Rolling above/below for Dice (Limbo has no such options)

• A max hit of 9900x for Dice (1mx for Limbo)

I have observed most players to prefer Limbo over Dice, as there is no possibility of picking the wrong side.

Personally, Dice is my go-to game for the range of multipliers for possible Dice hits.

However, when it comes to multipliers more than 10000x, Limbo excels! In a nutshell, I feel Limbo’s advantage increases more alongside your chosen hit multiplier.

Do you guys feel the same way? 🤔

I do agree however my highest hit was on dice. I finally hit the 9900x and it was with such a low bet and feel shitty for it. I see both sides of the arguement and it and I like and appreciate both games. Honestly though, it is what my seed prefers, not me! Right?!

Surely I'd pick Limbo, even on lower multipliers it's more merciful to me than Dice!

I had better results with Dice on the Primedice website, not as much here on Stake!

Dice is funnier to play, Limbo is more profitable but 2x always gets me eventually, lol!

Pretty much always like that, to hit those big multipliers and win big you have to have a huge bankroll, quite a bummer when you hit a big one in any game and still have a chip change!

Hello, In my opinion I do not agree but my highest injury was Pasha.  Eventually I hit 9900x and it was with such a low bet and looks very bad for it.  I can see both sides of the argument and it and I like and appreciate both games.  Both are great games, you can play them

In case of wagering, it just has to be dice. You can't really stand with limbo at 1.01x. Dice is the best with its 1.0102x. But in case of multipliers starting from 1.2x and onwards, I'd really prefer limbo for the first reason you listed: choosing the side. It pisses me off when I hit the multiplier in the wrong side. Also, my longest 2x losing streak was on dice, rolling high. Limbo is just straight forward. Choose the payout and roll. When I desperately need a 2x, I tend to roll empty bets until I hit like 3-4 reds in a row. Then I use martingale and that generally does the work for me. So in my case, wager in dice, profit in limbo.

No. The consequence of playing Limbo is that the lowest payout (highest chance of win) has a probability that is much lower than expected if you try to play with Dice because the payout is extending beyond 9900x. You will see how 0.99, 1.00 and 1.01 exists more often than it is not supposed to be on Dice (which is a number between 0 - 1.99 or 98.01 - 100.00) if you try to list it down statistically. If you play with low payouts, Dice is a bit better than Limbo.

I prefer dice because on dice you easily select low or high site but on limbo you not do this. Dice game give so good results but on limbo very hard to win long time game.

I agree the fact that you dont have to worry about the other side when you play limbo, unlike the dice. However, as observed I get low payouts more often at limbo in dice and the long streaks are insane at limbo when doing auto betting. Which is much expected since there are higher payouts more than 9900x as compared to dice.

They are very similar, in fact Limbo is a clone of a game from another website and they refer to it as an evolution of the dice game.

The median in limbo over time resolves to 1.98x. So 50% of the rolls will be below 1.98x and 50% will be above. Players either bet large and aim at a low target or bet small and aim at a higher target. The odds of hitting below 1.10x and above 10x are the same for example. So some players will bet $100 to make $10, they will win 9 out of 10 times. Other players will bet $1 to win $10 their odds of winning are 1 in 10.

I'm very familiar with it as I made more money on that site than any other player in its history.

Yes Limbo and Dice are very similar, and like Eddie says Dice is like the base game, all others are changes made to the Dice game.

I used to prefer Dice over Limbo for most of the time, but after missing the wrong side numerous times, I'm slowly distancing myself from it. It frustrates me a looot. So currently I'm playing Limbo even for the lower multipliers, because even when I lose I don't really see that it's my fault xD

So far Limbo has been alright but surely there'll come a point where Limbo will do me dirty as well, but till then LIMBO it is! :D

Limbo and Crash is much more similar on each other than Dice. Why? Dice has a payout cap which means the distribution of odds are equal between 0.00 - 100.00 (represents a bell-shaped curve). Limbo has no cap and extends to infinity (sum of all probability beyond 9900x payout is convergingly equal to the chance of occurrence of all payouts without any chance of win for the player). Crash also has no cap.

the best game is dice, wether limbo have only one side to roll and dice both but still odds are better at dice than limbo to get big multiplier hit, i played limbo and dice alot, so i observe this thing alot, many times i got more than 2k red rolls to get hit of 500x or 600x at limbo, but in 2k rolls i usually get those hits twice or thrice, my biggest losing streak at dice is 1200 rolls for 500x, and that happend only once.

I love Limbo. But Dice has won most big payouts for me. Limbo has a lot of advantages over dice, but when i am gunning those big payouts on Limbo, I tend to exhaust my balance and then start again. But dice, 100x and above are easy to roll if you have the right seeds and you choose the correct sides when rolling.

I am still waiting for the time I will hit 1000000x on Limbo. I exhausted my balance on it during those 10 minutes reload. It didn't come. Looool. But I know one day. I will play and hit it. I know the day will come.

I prefer Limbo in comparison to dice a lot. For me personally Dice is just a little bit boring and the fact that you can get higher multipliers in Limbo just makes it more exciting in my opinion. Even if I nearly never hit any high multipliers myself 😅

i prefer dice over limbo cuz i dont go for x over 20 on dice or limbo like its rly rare for me to chase something like 10kx on dice or limbo xD
so i prefer dice cuz i like to change sides sometimes i am getting couple of hits on high then couple on uinder then back to high i get some and back to low
and sometimes this shit lucky af xD while on limbo u cant change sides so i feel like i can lose more games chasing the same x :D

Dice is good for low multipliers, it is a bit tough to hit high ones.  You can hit 200X too easily on dice, but at Limbo I think it is much easier.  So dice is good for low, but limbo is not good if you chasing low targets, it usually runs a long streak of below 2X rolls and that gives a long red streak.  I only go to limbo when I am chasing a high payout like 500 or 1000X.

well, why is Limbo not good for low multis? I play Limbo with a gap of 1.04x and it works very well ^^

1.04 is very low target and you wouln't make any good profit if you are playing it for long, you might get 1 or 2 loss in between every 20 or 30 rolls and that 1 loss can put you in red.  But I was talking about low payouts like less than 20 and with higher payouts I mean 200X or above.

I also like it so much when I want to find a tall multiplier because like you see I won't choose the wrong side when I'm playing. but if to find a multiplier that is not too big I am more confident in the dice game.

As for me in my games.. I'd prefer limbo on 2x and low risk betting plus higher multipliers beyond 9900x of dice.

I observed that there are longer losing streaks on dice at 2x and low risk betting when they appear.

What I like on dice are the rolling over and under feature. I could easily switch to the opposite after hitting my target multipliers like 50x, 75x, 99x, 101.02x, 202.04x which are my favorite targets on dice.

Both games are good. I like them both but I play with different multipliers.
