No cashout ?

Hi ! 

Like many players, i don't like to put a real auto cashout (i feel like if i all in and put x2, the crach will crash before to make me lose.)

So last time, i was betting (all in) while on stream, and cashout at 3.5. I was very happy, but the " cashout " button was loading. The crash crashed at 3.65 and said i didn't won. Admins don't want to refund me because they said there was nothing. 

My internet is always fine so, this bug already happen to you ?

Have you had the latest browser version? How many game tabs are you running? Are you sure your PC can support the game properly even if CPU is at maximum?

There are a lot of factors but of course we cannot sort it out until we find information from you piece by piece. I personally do not experience this kind of error yet except on my mobile device but my phone is already worn-out (naturally "crashing") so I accepted it from there.

Crash game speed not good I just play this game few times but not good experience so much leggings and mostly my mobile hang that's why I not play more this game.

Hello, I think there are many games that don't pay any money after playing, I think it's good not to play these games, I hope you understand

I think it was a bug. Crash seems very laggy at times maybe because of the fact that you can bet together with other players. Maybe the payout was displayed wrongly but you just loss. Otherwise stake will pay you if that bet won.

If your internet connection was really that fine, there should be no issue because once you "bail out" even if the graphics are lagging or getting gritty on your end, the game will still pay you, that is why the support team insisted that there is nothing to refund at on that round.

Crash game is most likely good from all games ny giving more and easy to play, no need amy strategy for playing it, but maybe people still make some strategies, if you have share.
