Kariuki Posted April 21, 2020 #1 Posted April 21, 2020 Arsenal have agreed to take a pay cut and its been a while since everything has happened like this but clubs are facing problems especially when it comes to payment , of their stuff and bills and so it has come to the the point that pay cuts must be take, what would be the right thing to do,, get pay cuts or? Ozil , buy guy has said no to a pay cut , even after the club holding him for this long and paying him 350K every week and knowing well sometimes his performance is not as per and its important we know we are facing the biggest problem we have ever seen in the world the biggest there is . Is pay cut the solution, and ask this because , God forbid, things get worse??
Mashfiqun2018 Posted April 21, 2020 #2 Posted April 21, 2020 Players have their own ideas in mind I think. Some days ago, Toni Kroos from Real Madrid commented on the fact of Barcelona players taking 70% salary. He said, "Waiving salary is like a donation in vain." What this essentially means that the pay cut will only benefit the club. But if players take their wages, they will have good amount of money which they can choose to donate for the greater goods. I think this is a better idea too. Just take the full salary and do what you intend to for the needy people. And clubs like Arsenal can afford the wage money for sure.

Yeah I believe so to , because when you look at it , its more that you can imagine, Messis salary and Ronaldos are up there while everybody else is down here and that is tough , when you but a name to it , that is tough and requires a lot of work as you know

I also like what Novak, Nadal and Fed are doing, Donating for the needy players. I think everyone should step out to help others.
sahil777 Posted April 22, 2020 #5 Posted April 22, 2020 ist of all now a days coroana is a big issue pay cut is a little problem for players now a days, they cant play games then how will they earn money, and there is nothing i can see in future as well, this pandemic is going very long also wave 2 is coming as many analysist said.
BidaManEris Posted April 23, 2020 #6 Posted April 23, 2020 I believe the pay cut is not an issue as of the moment. Players should reconsider their decisions at that rate; they are getting more than enough. I agree with Mash, they should just take it and step out to help than thinking about their own now.
