What error you see? when before clicking on the Chat support button on web stake.com, it will show popup for texting, but now when clicking on the chat support, it does not show the popup anymore, it has been faulty for nearly 1 month

Maybe you need to update your browser? As user Raikage has already mentioned, send screenshots to support. I hope you can get it fixed soon.
