Hello guys!

Here, I would like to talk to you about business ideas.

In the near future, I'm planning to invest some money in some kind of business, but still not sure in what exactly. My plan is to make multiple sources of income and I have a couple of ideas, but I want to hear more from you, maybe I'll like some of them.

I'll give you a couple of rules. You have 50.000$ to invest in the next 7 days, and you need to invest it all. It can be passive or active income.

Be creative as much as you can and try to avoid ideas like ''I would deposit everything on Stake and make millions" 😂😂 or something like that.

I really hope to hear a lot of interesting ideas here. Therefore, in the next 7 days, I will reward one person per day with 0.02 LTC.

Looking forward to see some good ideas! 💰🔥💰🔥

Day 1- @seanwattson 0.02 LTC
Day 2- @wry 0.02 LTC
Day 3- @lEscanore 0.02 LTC
Day 4- @yololife222 0.02 LTC
Day 5- @pasolone 0.02 LTC
Day 6- @caveman2528 0.02 LTC
Day 7- @nhoyasim101 0.02 LTC

If you mean passive income. Then it seems to me best to put money on a deposit in a bank and just get interest on your deposit. This guarantees you that you do not lose your money and will make a profit. You just need to choose a reliable bank with a good interest rate.

I don't like banks. For me is better to purchase some kind of real estate (apartment, business office, etc..) and rent it per day or month. I think real estates are the safest investment, you can make money out of it, and at the end, you can sell it for similar price.

Housing after renting out needs serious repairs, so strangers do not take good care of furniture and repairs. I know from experience. It is better then to purchase retail premises or warehouses and lease them for a long-term lease, this brings good income, but there are drawbacks in the constant checks from the authorities.

I agree with that, but usually, you're making a security deposit from the tenant, so if there is some damage, you can repair it with that money. But anyhow, we can agree that the real estate is a good investment :D

If you're coming to me with business ideas then there only a few things it would be about. First off, if you want to make money in something then you need to know about it and about 2 others that know even more. Knowledge is key.

So that means restaurants and wine would be why you would approach me, however I wouldn't start with this idea. I would first gain your trust by diversifying the money into more than one source that were 100% guaranteed results. It may not be much at first but still profit. They say a millionaire on average has 7 ways of generating income.

After gaining your trust then would I show you how that money if played properly could result into millions of dollars.  Markups on inventory and cheap labor being very profitable however it takes the right man to run a restaurant. Most aren't cut for the hours or dealing with the public in the utmost professional manner. This is more of an investment done over time. What it all came down to is I got YOU to be invested in ME because I invested my time and effort into you and now we have a team!

Hey Sean

I agree with everything you have said. My goal is to make multiple sources of income. I already started with something small, but I'm planning to reinvest that money in another source, and another, and another until I become financially free.

I think this all comes back to how much income do you want over how much time?

Depending on your country, for long term income and return think about using the money as a down payment on a small apartment complex (i.e. four units) or a duplex.  Live in one and rent out the others.  This is an especially good idea if you are capable of fixing things.

If you want long term capital accumulation then invest in a passive stock index fund.  Boring, but it works over time.

If you want to stay in the crypto space, there is A LOT going on with decentralized finance, de-fi, there's lots of opportunities there, but still some risk, I still remember the Poloniex margin lending debacle.  Still you could explore that.

If you want income with guaranteed return of capital there is not a lot out there right now due to central bank intervention.  If you put a gun to my head, maybe something super aggressive like pipeline master limited partnerships, you could get 1% a month income and decent chance of capital return.  (Note: If Eddie will let you invest in Stake, do that!)

Finally you may want to invest in yourself.  How good of a programmer are you?  Look at the fortune that the dinabot exchange has made from Stake users, being able to create something like that would be a valuable skill.  "investing" that 50,000 USD in your living and training expenses to learn a skill that will help you the rest of your life is a great investment.

Good Luck!

Hey Wryy

I'm not a programmer at all, but investing in yourself is always a good idea. I actually bought a course for an Amazon seller. I study this a lot, and it seems like good online business and I will give my best to succeed in it.

Thank you for your reply and your time :D

with that much money I will invest it by buying a fairly large land on the side of the road around the factory area. I can rent the land for a cafe business or if a company is willing to rent the land to build a factory.

even if there are no tenants in 1 or 2 years the value of the land will still go up and bring in passive income. ez money

there is an excellent business plan)))) you adopt 20 children from 7 to 15 years old and make them give out promotions on the street. You feed them cheap instant noodles and water. Children will bring in net 10 thousand dollars. As they turn 18, they become adults, then you transfer them to sell coke on the street in the district, here the earnings will be more than 100 thousand per month, as the capital grows, we simultaneously adopt more and more children))

p.s this is all a joke, we condemn this type of earnings, but I'm not surprised if Tarantino steals my idea for a new film)))

Hey Stefan, If you are planning to invest somewhere, I would suggest you to invest in multiple places. You are having $50,000 , so what I think is you should not even invest all your money on real estate. I would suggest you to invest $20,000-$25,000 on buying an apartment and getting rent out of it. Out of remaining $30,000 , I would suggest you to Invest $15,000- $25,000 in buying some good stocks (Get suggestions from some stock market experts), the remaining $5,000-$10,000 you should invest in mutual funds. And also try to buy couple of Etherium , and ofc hold it, dont waste it here lol.

This investment scheme is good for you for short term and even long term.

I would buy some real estate, and rent out each room in the house to different people. That way, the cost for each individual person will be less, but there will be more people living in the home, so you will make a good return on your money

Hey Fatty

Unfortunately, I don't have that money right now, but I have a couple of sources of income, which will make me that money (I hope so). I like your strategy anyway, and I will think about it when I get there :D

Thank you 👌

If you want to start to do a business, you should observe And analysts situation /trends of the environment first .
I think if you want to invest in near future , real estate things won’t be getting you profit. people can’t buy a new house with home stay in covid control moment. Some of the biggest companies are being closed. We need to build hard to be getting stable for finances. People need jobs to buy mainly food/daily supplies/and mainly hands gels and masks.

i would like to invest in Online Whole sales(shop) which will can buy everything for people needs and delivery service when they order.
That’s will make you a lot of money even you takes a little profit in your products.

Hey  Kippo

You're right about this whole situation with the world, we have to be careful and try to anticipate the future. I mentioned earlier in one of the comments, that I already bought an online course for selling on Amazon. Since this COVID 19 situation has started, Amazon stocks went up by 100%.  I planned to start before all of this, but I didn't know where is this going and when it will stop, so I didn't start at all. Now I'm ready, and I hope to succeed!

it's gona take much time but it will be easier eventually, buy a bundle of accounts from a trusted site with a great discount "cuz ur paying almost $40k lmao" then hire some nerds to sell those on ebay, you will make profit once you become a trusted seller as you will get so many orders then repeat those steps when you run out of accounts, kinda autopilot tho 😆

1- The best business of all time: real estate is one of the best ways to invest your money, if you know how to buy and wait for the right moment to buy or sell you will multiply your money in a short time.

2- Another good way to invest your money at the moment is the web pages, something in which you are an expert, whether it is selling clothes online, an online casino, an exchange, web pages have changed the world, it is very easy to buy today in day. .

Just start with a small thing, if you want to do some big things. For me , I’m a surgical resident and as soon as covid 19 started, I recommend and suggest people to which kind of mask and hands gel to use to protect COVID-19. And people request me to buy these for them and I got an idea to make an online shopping business. I just started locally ( neighborhood, same town, same city) first . And now I’m just getting bigger business than before

What about an online business? Something like affiliate marketing where you promote other people’s content. A great way to start before you then build your own idea and promote those too.

The best type of affiliate products are digital products because there are no shipping costs. Downloadable education products are best as they have s higher percieved value (going into 5 figures!).

This type of business model means all you need is an internet connection to get started. You can even travel whilst running your business.

Your investment can then be used for education, business tools and paid advertising.

That’s pretty much it.

The education big should be first so you avoid making too many costly mistakes.

Foods. Well that would be for my country the truth is I have no idea where you are.

It's like saying you live in a town ... you do a study and you realize that the most profitable thing is to set up a mechanical workshop ...

So, I live in Venezuela, and paying electricity bills is very cheap, so keeping that in mind, you could invest that money in crypto-farming. If we talk about money, you pay less than a dolar monthly for electricity, and also you have me (I can take care of your crypto mining machines), If you are really interested you could contact me and we could talk about real numbers and how we can do it. We are talking about a huge passive income. (Im really serious about this proposal).
