And then you can all decide for yourself, if this was indeed justified! I "complained" or, as Milano put's it, "cried" about not getting rains during to constant chat freezes. My intend was indeed something else entirely .. its to let stake know that it can be very frustrating to actually wager 1000$ per week, which is a lot of money for me personally .. not for the sole purpose of getting rains, but since its now the new normal , its unacceptable to see the rainbot give only 3 people rains .. lets say 7k Sat. each, and when i wanna say Congratulations to these lucky 3, i see my chat once again froze .. so i refresh the page, next rain i catch , same like 6 other that all had their chats frozen .. So you can call me a cry baby , that's fine .. i get it, for you i sound like i feel entitled for every rain .. you made that very clear, but what i am really saying is : A simple : Sorry for the inconvenience we for on these chat freezes ..would have totally do the trick! Instead you not just only making me feel like i beg for rains , and tell me i am not entitled to every rain, you also then .. follow me after a rather enraging than calming conversation into the German chat, .. Let me pause here He , Milano would now tell everyone in german chat sorry for speaking english .. another mod quickly joined him to call me "Karen" ( .. you know, because i dared to complain) he would continue to tell everyone that i just came to support chat to "Cry for Rain" and that's when i totally lost it .. Because it a) untrue and b) highly incompetent behavior by someone that calls himself supporter. How is that supportive in any way ? Anyway, long story short .. I told him to go back into his support chat box, and stop ridiculing me in front of the same people i literally play everyday with .. chat with, laugh and cry with .. up to 12 hours per day. I also invited friends to join me here, and try to keep the chat funny at all costs, even when i lose. I feel misunderstood and overly punished for nothing at all .. he even said it himself: He could proper translate what i was telling my friends in chat .. but yet , he goes ahead and bans me anyway . Now, what am i suppose to do ? Ban him back ? I can't .. I can only open this thread and let you guys know, i do know and accept that i've been somewhat rude .. at no point did i expect to get free coins or a clap on my shoulder for complaining about these more than annoying chat freezes ... but i also didn't expect to get called out in public .. and then muted. Now , i can't even talk to the people that grew closely to my heart .. over the past couple month, i worked myself to bronze .. mainly to impress and to belong to the inner group and show that i am dedicated. For what .. ? what in the end , you get muted by some moderator for allegedly crying about rain .. I am not sorry for coming forward and complain about this , i am however, sorry you received it as a personal attack and needed to swing your mighty ban hammer .. to show everyone how powerful you are. I am a mod myself, in another casino ,... and never would i misuse my power , i understand peoples frustrations when it comes to money. In the end of the day , all this will do is .. 1 less ACTIVE German (in chat) , 1 less person that gladly loses his money here on a virtually regular basis .. and one less problem you have to actually deal with. Congratulations ..

Support is working now at 90%, listening simply to complaints that a $ 1,000 wager is a lot and there is no rain. But this was a problem with the site, not with wager or begging. Well, or helped the moderators to solve problems with violators of the rules in their absence. JasmineNava Posted September 6, 2020 #6 Posted September 6, 2020 Ive always said it depends on who you are with some mods, i dont know milano well to say anything bad or good but some mods have there favorites that let things slide, If anything it should be a BOT who does it not a person. as say for instance i am a mod and i dislike you... you type in caps. but say my friend does .. who am i gonna mute?

[chat freezes, that doesn't affect your rains since everything is random, and frozen chat or not, rains are distributed.] Thats the whole point you doesn't seem to understand .. i am in chat , i was chatting just a moment ago .. also i wagered 1000$ in the past 7 days , ...now , without me knowing during me playing slots or what ever, the chat froze at some point in the past 3 minutes ... i can tell, because the moment i try to share a bet .. chat doesnt scroll anymore. So i refresh .. And here is where my frustration comes in .. 7 out of 10 times, for some miraculous reason my chat freezes seconds before a rain .. perhaps even triggered by such activity, and here is the grand finale : When i refresh i see only 3 people cached 7k sat each .. and i was left out entirely ! Again, try that anywhere else in real life .. i spare you and myself the time to come up with examples , but nobody is just going to stand there .. over and over and think: "huh, .. i am just some unlucky guy.moving on!" I am not rich enough to not be angry about this

I kept my side of the bargain .. wager 1000$ in the past 7 Days .. now , it rains on 3 people while i (and others i might mention) are left out .. wondering. Anyway, if i may ask with all due respect , how long will this mute last exactly ? also i do not need to turn anyone against the support team .. as far as i can tell, everyone agrees with me,they just to scared to come forward. I play the martyr here , basically taking the fall and learn this lesson the hard way! Do not mes with The best support team in the industry ,because it follows you into national chat .. ridicules you in front of everyone you play with every day by claiming i came "you are crying about rain" and then ultimately mute you for complaining about chat freeze and missed out rains .. and perhaps get upset by being called out in front of his friends. Now i am entitled to receive rain, ..you please show me the feature that allows me to only rain on 3-4 people , instead of 10 ?! I would like to try it ?
