There is a "Home" button on the home page.

Also the "Forum" button takes you to the homepage.

You dont need a "home" button if you are at "home".

Russian has its own category where as  Local is given to all the ones below

Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian)

Deutsch (German)

Español (Spanish)

Nederlands (Dutch)

Philippines (Tagalog)

 Pangkalahatang Talakayan

Српски (Serbian) -------------------------------------------- this should or can be the only true local one, all 

or all the above including russian should go under a different languages section.

n the english language the people of The Netherlands are called dutch. In the dutch language they are called Nederlanders.

The people of Holland are called Hollanders.

A lot of people confuse the dutch with the hollanders, but we as dutch do not mind it much. It is however not entirely correct.
