What did the Stake Support Team do/didn't do that makes it so not satisfactory? As for my experience, they've always been highly available 24/7, always getting a response in less than 10 minutes (exagerating with 10 minutes, usually instant), were always kind, never said something that might cause any kind of conflict and were always prioritizing the problem to be solved. Not to mention that they're also building a closer connection to Stake through chat so besides them being the Support Team, they're also a part of the community. Now let me ask you this: how did you find out Stake's Support Team is so "shitty" in 1 month since you joined, and I didn't find any flaw in the Support Team for over 3 years that I've been here?

Hugthis Posted March 10, 2021 #4 Posted March 10, 2021 Bro if you talk like this no wonder that you get ignored i also have ishaan as my vip host and he helps me every time i ask him something sometimes its takes a while but its because of different timzones... that problem with the balance displayed... if you play on dollar its a well known bug : lets say you bet 5 dollar the balnce will be -5 dollar and quickly after that you get +5 dollar even if you lose just dont play on dollar and all will be fine. you dont get a special bonus for nearly reaching any vip level. the bonuses the Stake Team will give you are the following : Reload (10mins/hourly/daily) monthly Bonus once a month ofc Reaching a new Vip Level and the Top Player Bonus once a month for the top 1000 Players (Wagered in a month) The Relod when you have choosen daily will be avaible once its activated on you account and after that at the same time the next day you claimed it. Maybe talk normal to the Vip Host and to the Support and they will help you and Answer your Questions have a nice day

So all I can see in your screenshots is you harassing the support team and demanding funds for your own fault of losing them. If you wish to get help, go on Stake's main page, down at the bottom where links are, in the "Support" column you'll find "Gamble Aware" hyperlink. I strongly recommend you using it. I'm serious, I really wish you'll get some help solve your issues (and I'm not talking about Stake), because you are addicted and it can be seen in the screenshots above. And I'm sorry to say it, but since when the "big boys" are the ones that wager more? It seems pretty iresponsible and totally opposite of a "big boy", but I'll take it Hopefully you'll have a chance to calm down, reflect over what happened, what has been said and how you reacted to it and correct it for the future.

The VIP host program and Stake's live support customer service crew are more attentive, dedicated, and competent than any I have come across, and its not even close. Your VIP host is there to help you when you need it, but nobody ever told you it would be an INSTANT line of communication 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You messaged your VIP host 15 times in a span of 2 minutes. THAT is your evidence as to how he sucks?? Come on man. You need to get control of yourself. This customer service crew is as good as it gets. Take a deep breath and realize that-------it won't be better anywhere else.

You cannot request a bonus anytime you want. There is a system, VIP host is not your bank account.

And the stake support and vip managers are second to none. If you were in a live casino and approached staff in that manner, with that attitude.. You'd be out on your hole.. Why do you think it's appropriate online?!
