I always pick those numbers too except of 9 and 11.  But I rarely play Keno  

Might be lucky at first,  but still, it all depends on luck though.

this is not for long run. when you are playing keno you need to change your number if you had like 10 reds  but anyways, goodluck with this

I wish it was that easy but eventually they wont hit for a little bit and you will go thru a red streak. I agree you need to change after so many once i win 3 5 in a row i try to change before i get the red streak but it does not always work.

That type of casino isnt allowed at all in gambling. Its always 50/50 in stake and pd fyi

Of course its allowed. Thats called the house edge. That are the odds that the casino has more. Thats why the most strats fail in the end.
