Log Posted July 31, 2021 #2 Posted July 31, 2021 Very doubtful, the American government is very strict on gambling licenses, there are -no- crypto casinos allowed. Also very few fiat casinos even have a license for online play. Move to Canada! Haha
Big Dallas Posted August 4, 2021 #5 Posted August 4, 2021 Yup, USA has very strict gambling rules. But in general I think if the provider accepts them, they can as long as he is ready to bear the risks. But for stake, not sure.

lilyesse Posted August 4, 2021 #7 Posted August 4, 2021 Highly impossible that the USA will allow it. Canada does though. 😀
FapMaster Posted August 4, 2021 #8 Posted August 4, 2021 No way, not until crypto because more centralize and the US government monitor who owns what. Gambling winning in the US is taxable like lottery winnings. The US government will also want their cut and crypto is used by many criminal organisations to launder their money. Canada is fine with it because BC Casinos are already one of the largest money laundering markets for the Chinese government and criminal organizations. Many crypto exchange and crypto Casino are already huge money launderers that's why they have the KYC requirements.
kimbikat Posted August 7, 2021 #10 Posted August 7, 2021 doubtful. Unfortunately. US is strict with its rules for that.

It's not the US gov stake would have to deal with to get a license since each individual State decides whether they want gambling or not and what the rules are and how they regulate them. Right now there is some form of online gambling in like 10 states and they each have different rules. Getting licensed to operate in 10 states from stakes perspective would be the same as getting licensed in 10 different countries.

I know this... but the State Cert. would come after the US Federal ABC entity's like IRS, SEC, FINRA. It's easy to get a license for online casino, shit every gas station has a slot machine in Pennsylvania. I live there a few monthes out of the year in the winter. But the fed wants to tax, fine, etc.. Be in control of the currency... If I was Stakes,I'd say fuck the US too at the moment.. But States that do allow it... love it.. Every state has a lottery system scratch offs etc... And online in addition to big online casinos
