I don't see the post myself, so I don't really expect a reply. I would suggest that you post when chat isn't so busy. If you post just after someone has "rained" or "tipped", there is no chance of anyone answering. If you see me on chat and you have questions "tag" me and I'll help you out if I can. I'm not a mod or anything to do with staff etc,so my knowledge is limited, but hopefully I should be able to point you in the right direction.
