johanbv Posted September 4, 2021 #1 Posted September 4, 2021 I beat eddie's multiplier on Dragon's tribe a few weeks ago and got a message on-site saying i won and was given a link. A close family member had health issues and i wasn't playing for a couple days. When i tried to claim the prize the code didn't exist and in my contact with support she refuses to give me a working code for what i won. And even if i would have been on the day i got the win message, it said nothing about expiration. I'm not trying to use the situation with my family member to my advantage in form of pity but the situation with support being so careless was really discouraging. I've been a returning costumer and i'm down tons, but still i return to have fun. Makes it feel like i'm not really a valued costumer and not a great VIP experience.

So many people enter now the prize is diluted way down between all the entries. Walk around the block and you’ll find enough change to equal what you missed out on. I appreciate the contests and the rewards for winning but in this case you’ve already spent more just thinking about the link being expired.

The last one I completed was 64.8x on Jammin' Jars 2 which was probably completed by a ton of people. Prior to that it was 88.5x on Mysterious Egypt then 82.6x on Infectious 5 xWays 43x on Stake Million and I recall all of those being low prizes. I could be remembering incorrectly but stopped even looking at the game that was chosen because it wasn’t worth the effort. The prize pool did double at some point to $5,000. Pixies versus Pirates paid well back in January and a few after that but in April the one for gates of Olympus had a multiplier in the 100’s “one of eddies highest yet” the email says. It also says “we had a lot of winners”. And that was where the prize was low enough that it surprised me. if last week paid $42 then I will certainly try this week to see what it pays out. It may have more to do with how popular a game is since it pays automatically even without reporting your highest multi manually.
Winning1850 Posted September 7, 2021 #6 Posted September 7, 2021 The higher eddies multiplier is the more money you'll usually get because the less amount of people will usually hit it. I got $42 aswell but it was for x241 multiplier. But wasn't Dragons Tribe like a couple months ago lol? If you would have claimed it on the day you got the message you would have gotten the bonus but it only last until next weeks challenge. At least you know going forward
