More than that.. would be overkill.. because a 2$ bonus for a guy who plays 1$-2$ (or 1000$) hands is absolute 0. The 2$ bonuses are for casuals who maybe can get a bonus on 0.2$ bets and play a little.. but 99.9% will go down the drain like the rest of us
