UFOs are things seen in the sky that cannot be identified or explained. They said that UFOs are often associated with aliens. I remember when I was a child, I was really scared of this kind of news or reports that I hear on televisions. In Philippines they even made a movie about a good alien who came on earth. The title of the movie is Kokey. The movie happened in 1997 when we were first introduced to the cute alien who had a penchant for befriending human beings, and his best friend is Carlo Aquino. lol I also looked at some famous alien reports and I found some interesting ones. 1. The most famous UFO crash allegedly occurred when something — skeptics say a top-secret spy balloon; believers say a spacecraft with alien pilots — crashed on a ranch in the desert outside of Roswell, New Mexico, in 1947, and the debate rages to this day. 2.The first UFO abduction case — and to this day the most famous — was that of Barney and Betty Hill, an interracial couple who in 1961 claimed to have been chased down and abducted by a UFO. However, since there were no other eyewitnesses to the event and they didn't report the abduction at the time (only remembering it under hypnosis), many remain skeptical. 3. Another famous UFO sighting occurred near Phoenix, Arizona, in March 1997 when a series of bright lights were reported in the night skies. Though it is known that the military dropped flares over a nearby proving ground during routine exercises around the time of the sightings, UFO buffs dismiss the government's explanation of the lights and insist there's more to the story. UFOs have been subject to investigations over the years. Governments or independent academics in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Japan, Peru, France, Belgium, Sweden, Brazil, Chile, Uruguay, Mexico, Spain, and the Soviet Union are known to have investigated UFO reports at various times. What if one day you will be having a neighbor of Aliens? woahhh! Kargai Posted January 19, 2018 #3 Posted January 19, 2018 Reminds me of something who turned around the world in 1989-1990 when television turned mad after what was called the "Belgian UFO wave". Some images of an UFO were taken in the country (where I lived at the time) and pics were broadcasted in the United States and other countries. For 20 years it was a "proof" of the alien's existence for lots of people ... until the guy who took the pics debunked himself the story and admitted it was a scam he made when he was 18 years old with a stupid polystyrene plate. Even with that some still want to believe it's true. Probably the same who still think Bitconnect have a futur. I believe it's the same for all the others. If aliens/ufo existed it's impossible nobody will give us a real proof : for the money or for the knowledge, or science, or whatever reasons ... somebody had already share it. But people like to believe that "something else" exist elsewhere. Just my 2 cents but if aliens really exist : they already had made a contact with us or found us so dumb we are not worth it. In both case I don't see why they will came over and over every years/months, lurking at us from the sky and then returning home. Sometimes with triangulars ships, sometimes with rounded one, sometimes with another form, etc. Maybe they just believe our sky is like an automotor show where they can exhibit their spaceships ? Who knows... the mystery is intact. But my first bet will be that "human people" need attention and are ready to made up those stories to receive a little fame, making their faces appear on medias, etc. and for government to create a "psycho" about an external potential threat. Making people living with a little more fear than what they already make us believe.

Especially nowadays where every second scriptkiddo can fake that within minutes. There are some ex FBI or CIA people.. some that state that they worked at Area 51 and saw strange things and so on. The problem is that you cannot believe it. It could be fake or attention grabbing and so on. You can talk about it that its possible. Thats all. I do believe in extraterrestrial live.. UFO sightings.. maybe.

And also, why should they spend interest on us? We're a strange and crazy species. Killing ourselves.. the planet.. and all the other flaws. Thats a hard topic that is more philosophical than real. But it is an interesting topic. There are so many possibilities. We're also a very young species in the universe. We don't exist that long, compared to universe or earth.

rack001 Posted January 20, 2018 #9 Posted January 20, 2018 I really think there is a 100% possibility of us humans not being the only life existent in the universe . We only have explored only 4% of the universe till now . By exploring i mean we have seen using telescopes , satellites and stuff . In practicality there is only one human made thing which might have gone outside out solar system is Voyager 1 (launched in 1977).its been in space for 30 years now and as it goes far the communication becomes hard . So we dont even know what rests in the rest 96% of the universe . the rest 94% is said to consist of dark matter and dark energy . There is a possibility that there might be similar planet like earth somewhere beyond that dark matter in that 96% of the universe . They can be more advanced than us ,they can be similar to us, they can be similar or different from us in different way.There can also be a possibility that all the ufo sightings are real or all of them can be fake . They could've been existed before earth was even there .The more you try to figure this thing out the more it gets confusing , they more you try to dig deep , the more complex it gets ! In our lifetime i think we will not be able to see/know about more than 10% of the universe , and there is a low probability that humans would be able to develop technology to go further than the solar system to explore .

Xylber Posted January 21, 2018 #12 Posted January 21, 2018 Even when alien life may exist, I don't believe that UFOs are from alien origin, but man-made machines. Italian inmigrants in Argentina used to say that UFOs were Hitler's new planes stolen by americans, the same as the space race of both USA and Soviets were in fact a curtain for a nuclear race by further development of german V2 rockets; this last one was proved to be true.

That alien claimed he arrived on a light beam, not a UFO, and took human form because its the most energy efficient conscious being on this planet or something like that. What if aliens don't need UFO's and walk and talk just like us? Spooky thought eh?
