I've read time and time again that verification isn't a necessity... Heck, even 11 days ago it was written in the  Telegram VIP Notices chat that -

"Please note that verification is completely optional and if you choose to not verify you will not receive less. You will continue to receive the standard bonus amounts."

But then today, I get an email saying "We have currently placed your account into withdraw-only mode"

 

What the fuck is up with that? Not once have I made a deposit or a withdrawal directly to or from any exchange from a banned country (Like Australia or United Kingdom).
Always from/to my own exodus wallet.

I have wagered $131,239,065 in the last month and a half. You'd think it would be completely understandable why I'd like to retain my privacy.

I think this is absolute bullshit.

Not sure how big/frequent your withdrawals/deposits have been, but with that amount of wager I'm assuming they're a decent size. The Curacao license they use is subject to a 2016 anti-laundering/anti-terrorism law that requires them to do "Customer Due Diligence" if you have a "series, combination, or pattern of transactions in excess of $3000 USD," so I'm sure you triggered it at that level in that timeframe.

I think because you're using a wallet without anonymity protection, they can still track you down via blockchain exploration and analysis.

I suggest using a more secured wallet that provides multiple different addresses for each of your transaction, so they can't be traced. The cost is high, but hey, you are on top of the wager chart.

I checked out their ToS and it seems like Stake does reserve the right to request KYC and AML at all time. What's more, they also have the right to disclose a number of personal info to any 3rd party, which I believe is very sensitive in your case. So I would recommend you going through the ToS before verifying.

I bet level 1 veri players that are supposed to get 10% for that dont get these 10% as well. Stake always forgets promises they made in the past ( see platinum 1 and 2 players lost their reload even though they were supposed to keep it).

Because if they didn't, then it would be false advertising.  Maybe they plan on adding some other requirement that will qualify level 2 for 20% in the future.  Who knows, maybe they will just increase it to 20% at some point. Or maybe there's already some way to get a 5% bonus that you don't know about.

People defending these tactics cant be helped.  Keep playing there, I got limited down anyways because I won and withdrew, and then they stripped me of my reloads even though I had them when I was platinum 2 last year ( Now I just log in for my bonus. ). Back then the page said " As a platinum VIP you are always entitled to this feature" , meaning the reloads . Well guess the word ALWAYS has a different meaning for stake. The lure players in with VIP promises and then at some point they just take it back, great way to treat their customers.

If i get an email like that, i`m leaving stake for good asap. TOS from banks in my country does not allow their customers to give information like this to a third party for security reasons. Witch i understand very well. This to protect both their customers and the bank it self.

Anyway the promotions and the promo codes, codes during streams are so rigged, not saying they are scam but idiotic, 5$ for waggering 20k? Wtf. Average house edge is 5% so 1000 their profit. A casino tho.. but 2.5 for annonimity?
