I already contacted Support with the bet ID's and they said they would look into it. Does anybody know how long this takes? What could be the reason that my bets didn't come through automatically like they usually do? I would appreciate some information from people who did get through this already. Thanks and Merry Christmas! UPDATE I contacted support again and insisted on fixing this issue, and the kind support guy actually did credit me the 27$ into my vault. So I advise to you all, go write support with the bet IDs!

Seriously, is stake run by my grandma? They're raking in MILLIONS and are too cheap to hire a few extra people for the workload. In real companys (manufacturing/logistics etc.) this kind of management-style would be unacceptable, but I guess the people in charge just don't care as long as the $$$ on their bank accounts grows.
Zulu189 Posted December 23, 2021 #8 Posted December 23, 2021 It's happened to me once in awhile for this promo, They usually come back to me within 24 hours with the reward. As long as you have your bet IDs and they are valid, you'll be rewarded just fine.

I have had to go to support previously about not getting the reward and I am sure I have missed at least one,

Wait so long? 😞 I sent the IDs on Wed and keep checking until Friday but they just say i have to wait. So i check it on next Monday again and they send it in my vault. So if all ur IDs are legit u will received it. GL

Just save bet IDs and contact support and usually within 24 hours you’ll be credited manually to vault after they contact you and ask which coin you want.

Basically it all comes down to one thing before I learned my lesson about saving bet ID's (still rather new) to doing "promotions" etc this has happened 3 times before. I have a job already and I really did not want a second job although I am sure my wife would be thrilled. How do we know that is even the proper payment? there is no "verification" of how many winners there are. Wait I have one more question as well, So they already paid out X amount of people right? now they have to add in more people to that "pool" do they eat the losses cause they made a mistake? or do they just give the missed people some kind of "consolation prize?" aka $27.00 you claimed to get. I only say claimed because I have no way to verify the information your giving me. Conclusion - All of this comes down to communication that being said as we get our "pay outs" lets update with how much we are getting, and as a future post maybe insist on a list of winners being posted. Maybe even another TG channel just for promotions saying hey guys we paid out the following Promotion etc. Also to even alleviate some work on their live support side just add a button next to the promotion that you want to join that asks you what type of currency you would like to be paid in "if you win that is" and sign up for it. When the promo is done all the information they need is there, maybe this would cut back on the amount of "... hey ? ummm can I get paid for the promotion?" Oh I just need your bet ID's so I can forward them to the promotion team so they can verify that" -Isn't that your job to get right? regardless, I realize people make mistakes so I save the ID's anyways but just in this forum post alone that is more than an oopsie if you feel me.

Totally agree. A little more transparency with these promotions would be nice. That been said support have been always great now and in the past. I have received the $27 after submitting bet ids.
