I think the bigger issue here is:

Why does that happen to so many people? How many people aren't realizing that they're missing out? This needs fixing ASAP! 

Glad I got my payout, but to be honest, I am kinda shocked how disfunctional this process really is. There is no way in hell I can trust them with "random DROPS into your VAULT XMAS PRESENT XXXX" and other meaningless announcements, if they can't even get these simple challenges right.

This could snowball into a massive trust-issue with your brand stake, FIX IT! The trust of your customers is all you have. Don't squander it for pennies on the dollar.

If your trying to say i contradicted myself i wasnt. I was complaining but Its a business, it sets the terms for any offer not us and thats the way it is everywhere with all industries.No one makes us play here we CHOOSE to.
