This is extremely sad that soo much miscommunication for auch simple thing is out there. I just want to know that the bonus is calculated for how many days. From last month bonus till next months bonus date or just last 30days. Because if say we get bonus on 15th on jan and last 30 days is counted then my wager is 80k but if its counted from last months bonus days then my wager is 380k those 15 days is a waste is last 30 days is counted. I am extremely sad that such big support team yet there isn't one proper communication on this simple thing

crisulu Posted January 9, 2022 #6 Posted January 9, 2022 Monthly is generally calculated for the last 30 days and not since the last monthly, but apparently some people affirm that Eddie said something like "This time it will be calculated from the 1st of December". Beside this, really nobody knows what they take in consideration, there is a basic amount which increases by VIP level, then there is wager amount differenced between sports and casino, loss/profits amount, deposits amount etc... I mostly play on sports, Right now I have 43k on USD wagered, I expect around 129 euros +/- 10/15% based on the usual amount I got in the past months.

In my mind it's not that sensitive of information. Personally I like to know what to expect from most things in my live, for decision making and much more.

Monthly bonus is based on wager from last month ( 1 december 2021 in this case). Eddie say that on stream. This info was many times on forum too. I think really soon you will see email with monthly bonus in your mail box. 😇

Im more interested of the calculation that is made and what variables they use. I won't continue after this, since you already stated that they will not share such information.
