I get that online casinos cant be reliable and everything, but why is there no option to self exclude from just the casino?

I work in igaming industry for a long time now and I'm 100% confident RTP can't be manipulated (whatever people might rant, me included when i get tilted). On slots RTP is counted over 1 milion spins, in live casino in about 100,000 hands/rounds. Just because we sometimes lose 15 out of 20 hands, or have 80 out of 100 losing spins does not mean RTP is wrong (although it might feel that way). Few years ago I played on Videoslots, where they have lower Rtp play'n'go slots and I've never had more 1500x wins on Reactoonz then there, both overall and in a single day (4 max wins in one day on same slot!!).

Hey Shaggss, There is in fact a way we can exclude people from the casino side and have them restricted to sports-betting only. Feel free to open up a conversation with our Live-Support staff and let them know you'd like to be excluded from the casino-side, but not the sportsbook side and also for how long. Keep in mind, this decision is irreversible.
