To be honest, I really think it's just the gigantic influx of casino streamer bottom feeder viewers thinking they will get their 1 mill hit from their 100$ depo causing all the issues. They had to adjust VIP rewards twice since I joined < 1 year, each time JUST before I hit the next level.

I don't mind the wait. It's once a month, whenever. I just don't like that the terms are held top secret. On every other casino you literally know exactly what % u get for instant, weekly and monthly. Otherwise I like it here, especially the variety of different bonuses.

Which was pretty shitty.  Some of us move slower than others.  They should have grandfathered old account in with the original rules/vip/bonuses.  I started in 2017 and hit plat1 and 2 the same way.

Yep that's the only thing that I'm not a fan of either is the top secret ways bonuses are figured out which obviously leads everyone to screaming scam when they feel cheated.  But the one thing I love the most is that no matter what I never have to wager any amount before cashing out anything!! So many online casinos I played and always had to 35x or 40x the wagering on bonuses which 99% of the time I'd lose the money before clearing that.  I'm just stoked to get free money to play with every week, day and month from here.  But definitely not the best idea to keep calculations for bonuses secretive in my opinion
