Not something a high VIP rank would get muted for though, and certainly not as bad as Stake emailing me asking for money. I don't think Vip rank matters... I was just reading a some high ranked players account got frozen, not sure why though

Support FilipN Posted January 19, 2022 Support #31 Posted January 19, 2022 Hello there Tarrterr First of all as our team member has explained everything and you are able to withdraw funds from our website. After you have breached our terms of service that is the only option for withdrawing funds that we can offer, as we are not an exchange service we do not have the option to exchange your currencies in order to provide the option to withdraw only one crypto as you have requested. You may continue the conversation with our team member or open another ticket and we will assist you in depositing the missing funds to cover the transaction fee and the minimum withdrawal amount that is necessary for all users to withdraw from our website. The deposit address we provide is a deposit address that you can safely deposit to and the funds will be on your account in order to withdraw. Our terms of service are clear and state that you are not allowed to use multiple accounts: https://stake.com/policies/terms If you have further issues feel free to contact us via email at [email protected] and we will provide all of the answers for your issues. Best regards. Filip, Stake.com Customer Support Agent If we continue this conversation in private, I will keep getting a non personalized answer by someone that does not read my email. If you do believe that there is no way we're continuing this via the forum, you may close this thread, but in my opinion this has not been resolved and I believe others should see the outcome as well. "Users may not create multiple accounts for the purpose of collusion, sports betting and/or abuse of service" There was no collusion. The "sports betting and/or abuse of service" part is open to interpretation and should be clarified. The "and/or" implies "sports betting and abuse of service" or "abuse of service", meaning the sports bets made must abuse something in one way or another (for example bonuses, promotions, etc) None of that was done as I never had an active sports bet on both accounts at the same time. I do not see how that breaches the terms of service. I also asked support in chat if I was allowed to make another account at the time, which is when I gained permission to do so. Support staff have posted sports bets on their alt accounts. Are you saying support is not to be trusted and we should seek advice elsewhere? But since the owner has also said it was allowed, I'm not sure who I have left to talk to. Had you read everything, the part about exchanging the currency was me giving you more options, in case that was easier for you to do. We can agree you are not an exchange service. What stops you from letting me tip my main account or transferring the money to my main account yourselves? I've made it clear multiple times that if I was going to withdraw, I would withdraw to my main accounts deposit address, meaning the end result is my account having the money on it. That's the reason I do not trust putting more money into the account, as there is no reason you can't do that. If everything was legit as you claim, you'd have no problem complying. There has to be something sketchy going on as we have two outcomes: #1 I withdraw to my main account and the money ends up there. #2 My main account gets tipped the money and the money ends up there. What do they have in common? End result. Difference? One loses me money. Reason for having to choose? Unfair ban.

Its a tiny amount but it's about the principle, so I've been contacting them every couple months. It's about 35 dollars if the amount matters, but in my opinion a scam is a scam. They banned me from withdrawing since apparently alts are strictly not allowed now (my alt was made 2 years before my "main" but I guess it's easier to ban the acc with money on it) Now they finally told me if I wanted to withdraw, I was going to have to deposit more money on Stake. This is literally what scammers from India do. (Nothing against Indians, it just happens to be where most tech support scammers run their operations) Damjan is the one that replied to my emails, what makes it even sketchier is the fact that they made sure my account is in Withdraw Only mode, so my deposit page is disabled, yet they're happy to send random crypto addresses to me via email. Users get muted for begging yet support can do so freely, pog Yep
Support FilipN Posted January 19, 2022 Support #37 Posted January 19, 2022 Hello there. Dear user your account was not approved by our end. "PERSONAL USE. The Service is intended solely for the User's personal use. The User is only allowed to wager for his/her personal entertainment. Users may not create multiple accounts for the purpose of collusion, sports betting and/or abuse of service. Multiple accounts may be approved for the use of the casino service only if granted by staff." We do not offer exchange services as we are not an exchange service. Thank you for the advice our team has already received such suggestions and maybe in the future there might be an option but for now we remain a gambling website. As stated in my previous post. The only way we offer is to deposit the sum that is needed to cover the fee and the minimum amount that is necessary in order to withdraw. Due to your account being suspended for breaking our terms of service that is the only option to withdraw, you will not be allowed to tip other users or your other accounts. The funds are on your account and will remain there for you to withdraw as soon as you deposit and cover the requirements that are there for all players alike, everyone needs to cover the fee and the minimum amount your account is no exception. Whether you are trying to withdraw to your main account or not is none of our concern as it is your right to chose where you wish to sent the funds to. The minimum amount remains a requirement as well as the fee for the transaction. I already said myself that Stake isn't offering any exchanging services and I never asked for Stake to start. I have never created multiple accounts for the purpose of collusion, sports betting and/or abuse of service. Yet again you're proving my point about support as you didn't even read one paragraph of my previous post. A copy pasted reply that has nothing to do with the issue at hand is not "on a professional level"

Please do elaborate on what about my story isn't adding up. The fact that you don't believe it shows how sketchy this whole situation is. I stand corrected. Usually when you get an email from a Casino giving you an address to send crypto it's a scammer impersonating the Casino. Clearly this is one of the rare cases when this isn't the case. You made two threads about Stake refusing to let you withdraw without ever mentioning the fact that your balance was below the minimum to withdraw until Eddie posted in the thread. Read what you wrote in the other thread about not being able to withdraw: Quote This combined with the fact that my alt has had 50 bucks locked on it for almost a year is too much for me. Also, on stream Eddie said Stake will NEVER hold funds, yet after contacting support 5 times I am still not allowed to withdraw. I was never given a reason either, every time I say all I want is to know why I'm being punished, they say I know what I did and refuse to elaborate. Seems pretty clear you intentionally left out the reason you were unable to withdraw in order to make yourself appear more of a victim and Stake more of a villain.

When I wrote that, I still believed I had 50 bucks as that's how much it was the last time I checked. I do apologize for not checking before posting that, as I suppose I did mislead people by claiming I had 15 dollars more than in reality. At that time 1 crypto was under the minimum and 1 wasn't, but I was not in withdrawal only mode at the time and my account was fully locked. I'm sure you can agree if I'm unable to withdraw or tip, thinking about minimum withdraw amounts is the least of my worries. The new thread was made after it was finally changed to withdrawal mode. I did not intentionally leave that out if it wasn't the case in the first post. In this post, I clearly talk about having to deposit. Whether its for minimum withdrawal or a first time deposit is open for interpretation (yet again, whichever one people believed it was, does not change anything), it was made clear to readers that support is requesting me to deposit. Please do not accuse me of "intentionally" leaving anything out. I've always provided more information when requested, you're painting me as some guy lying to ruin a sites reputation, yet you're doing the exact same to me with every reply.

PaScal161616 Posted March 31, 2022 #44 Posted March 31, 2022 Might have something to do with gambling. It's a fucking gambling site, after all. There's only a very small minority of people who never hate the fact that they wager (on Stake, specifically). Stake originals are notoriously bad for losses. (99% of ppl here would agree.) And if you're genuinely curious (rather than just being a cunt), I'm scarcely on Stake as a result of my previous comment. Stake believes we should be thankful for Stake when, in fact, Stake should be thankful for us (its customers & revenue source). They show little inclination to adopt measures to satisfy the latter imo.
