What is the cheapest place to buy crypto?

Hi Stakesons,

since my Moonpay transactions keep getting declined, Moonpay support is not replying to my emails for days, and Stake support does not wish to assist in any way (apart from default answer to contact Moonpay LOL), and I'm out of crypto in my wallet, I am now wondering what is the best and cheapest place to buy crypto instantly using VISA/Mastercard?

I have Binance account, but fees there are insanely high, and I can only buy BTC which I have to convert then to LTC, and sent to my Stake wallet. So once all is done, fees sum up to over 10%.

Any advice please?

Both me and my friend are having same issues with Moonpay transactions getting declined every single time.
