htsderez Posted January 20, 2022 #7 Posted January 20, 2022 I think their should be a way out of this. What exactly did you do? Your post doesnt really say.
FelixThaGOd Posted January 20, 2022 Author #8 Posted January 20, 2022 @htsderezI was going to exchange it to bitcoin or ethereum but i forgot i had bep20 and i sent it to a erc20 address for the exchange and boom now im broke again. I contacted my wallets support but they only told me its my fault. So well well well
htsderez Posted January 20, 2022 #9 Posted January 20, 2022 We need some more info. Which wallet to which wallet (exchange). I think with private keys there should be something possible. I read similar stories before.
FelixThaGOd Posted January 20, 2022 Author #10 Posted January 20, 2022 It was Trust Wallet to Stex @htsderez

FelixThaGOd Posted January 20, 2022 Author #13 Posted January 20, 2022 Nope i dont have a hardware wallet or private keys i have nothing lol
htsderez Posted January 20, 2022 #14 Posted January 20, 2022 Normally this is an easy fixable thing for the wallet/exchange support . All you need is them wanting to help you.
FelixThaGOd Posted January 20, 2022 Author #15 Posted January 20, 2022 @htsderezit is what it is sad but they apparently cant help me
htsderez Posted January 20, 2022 #17 Posted January 20, 2022 Yes Trustwallet cant help you of course, I said the receiving wallet support.

Jeebus Posted January 20, 2022 #20 Posted January 20, 2022 100% not lost. I had similar issue, with much lower amount ofc, and the recieving wallet fixed it. Be very polite, but persistent, and keep asking them to assist you. Don't give up. Some support staff don't want to help you, some don't know how and will tell you nothing can be done. Ask for person in charge or department leader. Best of luck!
