TotoWolff Posted February 4, 2022 #1 Posted February 4, 2022 Hi guys, Today we learned, as expected, that they moved the perks of a viphost again. What do you think of this? It changes quite a few things: No permanent reloads at plat 3, just 48 days.. No VIP HOST (So also no top player bonus, even though u might wager 500k - 1M). I find it misleading: I joined stake a month ago under the current VIP-plan, been wagering to get close to plat 3 already, since the VIP-host is what Im looking for.. Now, without discussion), they change the rules again, while its not what I signed up for.. @Eddie and other staff..... Is there no way you can compensate the people missing out? I will miss out on a lot of reloads, 1 set contact-person and the monthly top bonus (which I would get every month, considering I wager enough).
XeroF Posted February 4, 2022 #2 Posted February 4, 2022 I understand that they have to do this as so many people are reaching plat 3 pretty easy. Im at plat 2 myself. How ever they need to change and give top monthly to all plats that qualify I think.

hungryharpy Posted February 4, 2022 #6 Posted February 4, 2022 The fact that stake has grown so much lately makes it a good business decision for them and it was expected (and it's expected that in the future you'll get a vip host once you're diamond probably)... That being said, it would've been better/nicer if they applied these new rules to new accounts only. Moving the goal posts from time to time is expected, but the way stake has been handling their PR lately is poor. They're making changes while not listening to the community. Lately there has been a lot of chatting either here or discord servers about stake not listening/caring at all about their customers UNLESS they are diamond+... which again, I understand the business side of it, but it still sucks for all the smaller players. A lot of these changes seem to have a money-grab aspect to them that is making it less appealing to keep depositing on stake, and this includes everything from unanswered questions to shady moments. They're big enough now to hire an actual PR firm to take care of all the negative rumors/speculations/comments going on in order for them to have a cleaner name, but it's not happening. As everything else in life, if you got in early, you're in luck.

Or atleast keep it with all plat 3 and higher even if they remove the vip host. And the same with reloads. If they dont it feels abit like hey we grown that big how can we keep even more money to ourself thing... which is not that flattering.

Apparently there are several wager requirements, some of which i learned have been implemented for 6 months prior to now. like must wager minimum of 50k per month to retain host. I failed to notice that in the vip FULL BREAKDOWN. page on the site. but after searching around and being treated like garbage from support whom only informed me i can have host back if i lvl up or improve my wager. how much? its a secret is all i was told. the hell is this crap? found helpful people in a TG group that explained it. thats the stake transparency for you. and now more and more requirements to even receive basic bonuses or to send tips lol. i will be movin to a different casino, just gimme my monthlies until you decide there needs to be a requirement on that too.

Did they forget that everyone joins stake without a vip badge? Where tf do they think their "precious" higher vip customers come from? I get that business benefits from more money coming in, more customers etc.... But if you continuously make it known/appear as though everyone below that is basically worth nothing to you you'll eventually stop bringing them in, meaning you'll notice the number of high level vip stop growing. Can't treat people like they mean nothing and still expect them to keep blindly flocking to your doorstep. Not at the same rate at least

Zoom_GT Posted February 5, 2022 #17 Posted February 5, 2022 I mean if I am being honest if you are getting top monthly wagered you should be able to hit plat 3 quickly. If you are plat 3 currently before the change you keep all the legacy perks ect. If the rewards are that important to you play to wager quickly instead of playing to get lucky or something. They will continue to grow and continue to change things as it progresses because new rewards will eventually come out as well.

I understand the frustration of it being farther away now, but in reality you aren't losing anything. There is only so much they can do. I am sure the big players are complaining that there is nothing left for them up there so they have to find a way to retain a high player base while trying to make us happy at the same time. Besides reloads and vip host you aren't losing anything else.

And they change the benefits... Its misleading information. And I've been mislead by joining the site. I wouldn't have moved my gambling here then, since the benefits on other site would weigh out these benefits.

I remember how i reached plat 2 in matter of 10days or less with a quite good loss/wager ratio and one week after i reached it they moved all the good stuff to plat 3 but i was promised and i am quite certain that it was also writen somewhere that all plat 2 vips are always going to be entitled to all the said benefits. And then few months later they took my host and reloads(they suck ass no matter how much i wager anyway) so i reached plat 3 and now not so long later it changes again. Its quite disappointing. Sure they can change the rules all they want. But little bit more transparency and "appreciation" of the thousands of people that spend lot of time and money on their site would be definitely nice thing for a change. .
