And from the beggining really liked the site and its games and deposited quite a lot of money..until this day... It was all good until my recent Vegas Rock game.. Basically i have won a bonus in this game and went to the toiled.. when i returned the session has expired so i refreshed the site.. and guess what, the game restarted and the bonus was gone... So i contacted support about this.. but they cant help me since "all my bets were settled".. And that if i have an open bonus it should be seen in my bets.. but ofcourse there is none... I asked if they can somehow recover this for me.. but the answer was that nothing can be done since "all my bets were settled".. I feel bad since i really liked this site, but now i can see that all the forum post about this "scammy site" were true.. I guess its all good until you deposit enough money, then they just stop carring for you... And they really dont care if you will leave this site, they will do nothing to help you. So please be smarter than me and dont play at this site.

Despo Posted February 5, 2022 #4 Posted February 5, 2022 just look in your bet id's man. for 100% your bonus started while you were shitting, and it gave you 0$. or maybe a really less x, so u dont see this bet in your bet ids as your'bonus', even if its right in front of your eyes. When they say , everything alright, then is everything alright

But the thing is my balance was bigger before i left.. Its like i lost the win of last bonus + the new bonus payed 0 if it played out automatically.. Im still trying to understand what happend..But there is definitely some strange shit going on..
