opscan Posted February 18, 2022 #30 Posted February 18, 2022 Best advice to no be scammed is to film every single casino's session you play. If you got proofs there is no problms. But yeah providers or casino's errors often occurs and on every online casino's. They all have the same policy, no proof no money. I recon its a scammy position they have!

And from the beggining really liked the site and its games and deposited quite a lot of money..until this day... It was all good until my recent Vegas Rock game.. Basically i have won a bonus in this game and went to the toiled.. when i returned the session has expired so i refreshed the site.. and guess what, the game restarted and the bonus was gone... So i contacted support about this.. but they cant help me since "all my bets were settled".. And that if i have an open bonus it should be seen in my bets.. but ofcourse there is none... I asked if they can somehow recover this for me.. but the answer was that nothing can be done since "all my bets were settled".. I feel bad since i really liked this site, but now i can see that all the forum post about this "scammy site" were true.. I guess its all good until you deposit enough money, then they just stop carring for you... And they really dont care if you will leave this site, they will do nothing to help you. So please be smarter than me and dont play at this site. This exact same thing happened to me with Book of Shadows where I won a 600x on a bonus buy and i was not credited my winnings nor was a bet ID created, and live support was absolutely useless and basically tried to tell me that I was making the situation up. I was eventually able to get credited my funds after about a week or so of nagging them and proving what happened by doing this: 1) went to the game history within the game itself, and took a screenshot of the bonus buy where it showed that I was not credited any winnings. I then sent this to live support. 2) within the same game history section I also got a link for the replay of my bonus and sent that to live support. if you do not have access to in game history, then I suggest downloading your bet history for that day it happened, and assuming you ripped your balance all the way to $0 and didn’t cash anything out, calculate the $ sum of all bets won minus the $ sum of all bets lost and there will be a discrepancy between the two that is equal to your deposit $ amount - the $ that was not credited to you. If you’re determined enough, you can prove it. If you need help, let me know. after nagging them for a few days they referred me to stakes technical support team, and in particular @Tristan. After 4-5 days I got a response saying that I was in fact correct (and not lying, as suggested by the live support agents..🤦♂️) and I was credited my winnings.

ByteMeTwice Posted February 19, 2022 #38 Posted February 19, 2022 I'ts not often I would take stakes side but: 3rd party slots are 3rd party slots. Stake doesn't have access to individual games, wins, bonus etc. They rely on the 3rd party operator passing the information to them, which sometimes, unfortunately, doesn't happen. If you can't pass proof to stake, they can't prove to the operator. I really feel for you. I've had a few things go wrong and can understand how frustrating it can be. Your best option is to contact the provider directly with game ID -- It's possible they may instruct you to complain via Stake & have them pass your issues on for investigation. A bit of a bollocks, yeah. But at least it will allow stake to take up your case. The 3rd party providers can be very fickle, for want of a better word, and most of the time are very difficult with Stake & the likes when they try to approach them unilaterally. I hope this helps you in some way. Good Luck
