If you believe that you are eligible and do not receive a message with a coupon link, please wait until 72 hours have passed to contact support Bets can be apart of singles or multi-bets Bets can be placed live or pre-match Minimum Bet - $5 on each (or multi) Sport player-prop bets are not included I fulfilled all the conditions of the promotion and here is the proof: sport:25171613 sport:25169179 sport:25079847 sport:25078264 sport:25338893 But, the coupon was not paid to me, and in support they said that I violated the new paragraph of the rule, which was not even registered Even at the beginning of this new sport lvl up there was no this rule, it was added recently If this rule were written, then no one would violate it and would not be indignant, but a lot of players did this promotion following its rules and they were not paid a coupon. The support said that they just decided to exclude some players. Before that, many times people did lvl up and Backing multiple sides from the same legs and paid the coupon and this was not a violation and there were no problems. Now the rule was introduced after this action, but they refuse to pay for it. Which speaks of injustice and dishonesty in relation to the many players who participated in this promotion. I was also surprised by the unfairness when they refer to the Backing multiple sides from the same legs will result in disqualification rule and at the same time the person who violated this rule is paid, as in the example below @Edward and do you think that it is fair and fair to the players who made bets and took part in this promotion? Получается что должны ставить постоянно на аутсайдеров и надеяться что они победят, но это бред. Это сделано специально чтобы игроки как можно больше проиграли. И какое тут удовольствие? Даже 2х в спорте сложно сделать в одном матче, не говоря уже про 2,5х.

Today, once again, I received a scam from our favorite stake site. after contacting the support service for an explanation of the reasons why I did not receive a payment for the promotion, I was not provided with a single link or the rules on which I did not have the right to bet on both sides. Your company rules say: 9. Bonus Each of the Bonuses and Promotions has its own set of terms and conditions and individual requirements if any. By activating a Bonus or Promotion, You confirm that You also agree to the applicable terms and conditions. And the most interesting thing in this story is that after contacting the support service, which simply freezes, without giving any answers, except for an insult towards the player, after 3-4 hours the stake team adds this rule to the new promotion and points to it. I read the rules of each promotion before its execution, if any of the points does not satisfy me, I simply do not make the promotion. Without specifying the rule, you just threw people. You know perfectly well that this is your mistake and refuse to admit it - at the cost of your authority. And one more interesting thing, when the bet size was 2$ , there was no problems with that , no one was abuse, but after they did 5$ , we are all abuse ))) with the same success, you can change bet size at any time on the site, so that it is not noticed (during the day) and then after the end of the promotion, say that your bet does not pass the conditions. This is the same as what you are doing now. In this case the new terms wouldn't apply to players who already completed the challenge because Stake failed to inform the players about the change they have made. Stake states that they don't have to to pay any bonus to the players and they are allowed to cancel every promotion without any reason. Regarding to this promotion Stake has not the right to refuse paying it out because some players already completed it. Stake is violating Europan Union customer law if they still refuse to pay out the money which they have to pay according to the legally binding contract they made with the players before the change was made!
