-I stay in the chat about 10 hours a day, but if being a Moderator requires spending more time in chat I certainly can adapt to any requirements.

-The job of a Moderator is to ensure the Stake chat stays safe and non-negative. They make sure the Stake chatters comply with the rules of Stake chat and stop the chat from becoming toxic, and prevent spammers and scammers. A Moderator can also answer some quick questions from members of the chat before redirecting them to Live Support.

4.Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

-I would like to engage more in the Vietnamese chat and Stake community as a whole, as I am fluent in both English and Vietnamese. It's my pleasure to help people and I have experience working in customer services and moderating so I would be honored to become Moderator.

First of all, I'd like to say hello to this amazing community and team of Stake admins! I am very happy to be here today because I can write application for the position of new Vietnamese-speaking chat moderator. 

Let me introduce myself. I am Vietnamese and I speak my mother tongue in my country Vietnam and I can also speak English very well because it helps me a lot in my daily work. I would be happy to answer the following questions:

- 1 : My Stake username is ku10ng

- 2 : I have joined Stake for a while since 2019 and I love chatting in my country so on average 1 day, I can spend 10-14 hours chatting Vietnamese every day.

- 3 : As position an moderator will be responsible for performing various tasks to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot and help community members deliver a fun and comfortable speaking experience, resolve issues general problem or individual need for assistance.

- 4 : I want to keep the rules established and help the great moderators currently in the Vietnam chat room and let the members have fun enjoyable chatting moments. One point that I can clearly see is that it is very rare to see any moderators active in the middle of the night from 1AM to 6AM. If I were the moderator, I would do my best to help others late at night when they need me.

- 5 : The answer is yes, I was muted once for being mistaken for a robot while chatting. During that time I blamed myself for not understanding the rules of chatting properly. I am so grateful to the moderators for that misunderstanding that I was able to correct my mistake to make sure there were no more misunderstandings again.

- 6 : I have never been a moderator on another platform before but I can trust that Stake will be the place, will be a good opportunity for me to start and give my best.

Moderators should read the chat and replies to make sure nobody is being racist, homophobic, or toxic towards others. Moderators should also help guide new chatters and provide support to the community.

Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

I would like to become a moderator because I’ve been wanting to work with stake for a while now. Hi, My name is Jack and Im Vietnamese. I have been in the UK for 5 yeas and started gambling 10 years ago. Therefore, I have quite amount of experiences in this field, include the gambling addiction as well. My english is quite fluent and Vietnamese is obviously good because that is my native language.

2. I do not use too much time on Stake Vietnamese chat but i can do the job as a requirement. 8 hours is not a problem with me. Mostly i spend my time as a gambler on Stake. I am at Platinum 2 btw, half way to 3.

3. As moderator, I should listen carefully to the chat and support the players. Besides, Keep the chat environment clean and gentle is a fundamental thing as well. Any hates, insulting, racist and toxic must be restrained, warned and avoid as much as possible. 

4. I have quite amount of experience from 10 years of gambling and i am still a gambler until now. I do understand the need of the players or handle the unwanted situation. Furthermore, Stake is a international site but no mod could speak Vietnamese to help the player. I have some Vietnamese friends and they want to join the site but they there is nobody can guide them in Vietnamese properly. This would be awesome if i can help Vietnamese players while im gambling on the site :D.

When the same language is together, it is easier to solve all problems. I think Hanvee and some others can't handle this chat 24/7 because nowadays the number of Vietnamese people using the website is very large. I believe we can work together to improve things.
