2. I can spend 11~14 hours a day on Vietnamese Chat. Im also Vietnamese 

3 .Chat Moderator is a person who keeps the chat active in a positive way , he/she is responsible for running the discussion of the members smoothly, wisely and not to violate the chat's rule. It would be a chat moderators duty to answer questions everytime users have about the lastests updates, the new games, maintenance....etc....maybe when the chat is boring he/she can create a minigame for making the chat an entertainment time

4.Firstly, i really love this job. It would be my pleasure to help everyone that i can, especially when they are from Viet Nam, My country. Secondly, Im really free now .So i can online at least 13 hours a day to help people to the best of my ability . Thirdly, i really to help the very first Vietnamese chat moderator (hanvee) to handle works on the chat while she is offline and maybe we can discuss about how to solve problems that is still exist when the chat moderator is offline

5. I haven't been muted or banned . Because i do always abide by the rules and the conditions set on by stake

6. I used to be a chat moderator (helper) on a GTA-SA-online community 2 years ago. i used to online 15 hours a day to help people of the GTA community to know about the rules, the games and how to play on the sever. I think with my experience i can help the Vietnamese chat becomes better and bettter

below is my application for the vietnamese chat moderator.

 

1) My Stake username is Raiyankooh221

2) I spend approximately 2-4 hours on the vietnamese chat per day. This excludes the amount of time i spend on Stake. I am on Stake for about 7 hours a day and spend 2-4 hours on the vietnamese chat.

3) A moderator maintains the chat section by preventing inappropriate spams, links, and promotions to other sites etc. As many Vietnamese are not proficient in english, they might not know Stake rules and it is a moderator job to teach and enforce these rules.

4) I want to be a moderator of this chat as i would want to grow the Vietnamese community on Stake.

5) No, i have not been warned, muted or banned before.

6) Yes, i have moderated a Facebook group as well as a Discord group before.

Hi,

1. My Stake username is hiawc.

2. Since the beginning of Vietnamese chatroom, I've been one of the active members, even when I'm not betting I still come to chat and poke fun with the guys there. I can spend on average of more than 8 hours.

3. A moderator job is keep the chatroom in check. To make sure everyone follows the chat rules, guiding new members and prevent disputes in chat. A moderator should know how to interact with each members accordingly and must not have favoritism. Sometimes, a moderator might have to create engaging topics/minigames to refresh the chatroom.

4. I've been in Vietnamese chatroom since the beginning so I know how much our chatroom have growth and changed in the last 5 months. As it keeps growing so there lies many problems with rain-farmers, tip-beggars, fighting between members and spamming that let alone one mod can't handle it all. Given that I have free time since I'm working freelance at home, plus I'm confident that I can communicate fluently on both Vietnamese and English. Furthermore, I have good relationships with almost all the members so it could make the job easier if im chosen.

5. I've been muted 4 times in which one was a self-requested and one was wrongfully muted.

6. I was a moderator for my highschool forum even though it was a long time ago.
