A message to some of stakes community

Me and other people were going on and spammed the easter promo email, to try to get some attention from stake to actually deliver what was promised and some people were actually mad at us/complaining. Like serious question, how could you be mad at us trying to get attention from stakes promo team? When we actually get together and try to get stake to listen, stake has folded. One prime example is when we made #FreeMonthly trending. Like I dont get it, why would you take the casinos side over the players side? Some of you are weird.  and I want to add that as I said before, the christmas promo was AMAZING on stake, like actually top tier imo, the easter one was garbage. I dont mind it being garbage as long as you are transparent about it. Dont hype us about special easter bonuses and then not deliver. Like fuck me some people on stake are actually braindead. Also one thing I want to add is that DO NOT TAKE YOUR FRUSTRATION OUT ON MODS/SUPPORT. They are fucking amazing and have nothing to do with the promos.

Except the 1 Million Dollar Race there was No Easter Promo at Stake. And 1  Million Dollar Race should have been 10 Million Dollar Race considering how many Players Stake has by now

I've complained about the state of stake for some time now, mainly about the lack of transparency and moving the goal posts. I won't go into that again, but I would like to comment on your last part.

Mods and support being amazing isn't entirely true for one simple reason (in my opinion) - support doesn't have access to actual information/decision making, mods pick and choose. 

Examples of that; support always gives copy paste answers which is totally fine, but very few times are they actually sending you to decision makers even if you need it. Most of the time you have to accept their copy paste answers and that's that, which is crap.

Regarding mods, how many answers do you actually see from them on the forums? Very very few. I'm not saying they should be answering all threads, or all the questions which can be found if you read the rules, I'm talking about problems/discussions that users are having. Again, not those that create threads about wanting their money back or that slots are rigged or any of that useless stuff. It's more important for mods to make posts about if female squirting is a myth or not (yes, that thread exists) or what your favorite animal is instead of having actual conversations on topics people care about - stake related.

But the mods dont work in promotion, they have nothing to do with this specifically. Its stakes promotion team that must be high on DMT or something, they always get people unhappy. I dont understand what the fuck they have been smoking at that department.

They had the 1 million race tho so its all good for the whales  no joking aside still think stake is the best but they rarely suprise me anymore. Easter was a let down, really thought they had something nice planned for us for the weekend or today... guess not.

Listen if they dont wanna have an easter promo, I dont give a fuck personally. But dont hype us up about the special things coming, and then just not come through with it. Same with eddies stream, they hyped that shit up THE DAY before the stream was supposed to happen and hyped up more stuff coming, and what happen? didnt hold that either. Idk man I just dont like how they are behaving.

Maybe I've understood their job wrong, but it was my impression that mods are/should be a liaison between stake and the users and vice versa. So when the users have suggestions/complaints whatever, they're the ones that manage them to their bosses. As they are able to create posts about races and such, it means that they get told those things by the marketing team, why would it only work one way? If I'm wrong, I apologize about my assumption

That was what I meant by ”they rarely suprise me anymore”. The hype they trying get by tweets and emails. But I still get more value playing here then elsewhere. So for me its not a deal breaker.

Please do it. I already dit that to the stake support. I email them about the Easter plans that they promised but so far nothing is happening. I hope they will have some kind of post monthly to celebrate Easter.

Not being negative at all, but at the end of the day we are users of this service and you are an employee of this service. I don't think it's too much to ask for you offer a professional response to legitimate questions that we might have. If you don't have access to the answers or don't want to answer them, that's 100% valid, just tell us that.

I don't think anyone from Stake support can answer this question because this is not their area. The marketing team is those who make bonuses and only they can give an official answer to this question.

I agree, that with this races, Stake should re-consider as that is literally for  less than 1% players here, but create such a madness for few dollars?

I agree with everything here, they hyped the ''drake stream'' they hyped the last stream witch was a BIG let down 2 clowns talking to eachother then the ''big bonusses on easter'' witch i really thought will be big after i saw that early monthly bonus.

So far only the 1 mill race witch dont mind me its shit.

And that is a valid answer, nobody has an issue as long as things are transparent and communication works. Admitting that you don't have access to the answers is important to state. 

I have nothing against you or any of the mods, i have nothing against the support team. My issue is that there's no improvement on it, ever. Once again, exclude the useless threads and look at the ones that are offering constructive ideas, the ones where the user side can see something the admin can't.. there's no answer from stake, ever. There's never a "we can't do this because x" "we're taking this into consideration". It seems like nobody really cares. 

You are more than welcome to read all the stuff I've posted in the past, there is nothing malicious or random complaining, they're just things that can and should be fixed, but nothing is done about it. 

I truly believe that for most people, at least the rational ones that understand that this is a business, it's never about the bonuses, the amount etc, it's about being promised things and then for them not happening. At least don't promise if you're not going to do it because it seems very shady when it does. 

It's like getting a message from your wife "i have something special for you when you get home" and when i get home, she's holding the vacuum and says "oh oops, have fun vacuuming".

Ask for a lower mute. I got mine to 4h. I knew I was gonna get muted but I didnt mind. Either way I hope we started a fire on the promo team that does something for the players.
