Guys, calm down.

The month did not end yet. On 17th there was the Catholic Easter. Remember that there is also the Orthodox one on 24th.  So for dozens of millions of people Easter did not happen yet.

Just be patient.

Me and other people were going on and spammed the easter promo email, to try to get some attention from stake to actually deliver what was promised and some people were actually mad at us/complaining. Like serious question, how could you be mad at us trying to get attention from stakes promo team? When we actually get together and try to get stake to listen, stake has folded. One prime example is when we made #FreeMonthly trending. Like I dont get it, why would you take the casinos side over the players side? Some of you are weird.  and I want to add that as I said before, the christmas promo was AMAZING on stake, like actually top tier imo, the easter one was garbage. I dont mind it being garbage as long as you are transparent about it. Dont hype us about special easter bonuses and then not deliver. Like fuck me some people on stake are actually braindead. Also one thing I want to add is that DO NOT TAKE YOUR FRUSTRATION OUT ON MODS/SUPPORT. They are fucking amazing and have nothing to do with the promos.

They're probably Stake agents who monitor the forum and try to deter criticism. I also support a movement #boycottStake. We should collectively refrain from playing for a day or a week until conditions improve lol. Let them lose revenue

I've complained about the state of stake for some time now, mainly about the lack of transparency and moving the goal posts. I won't go into that again, but I would like to comment on your last part.

Mods and support being amazing isn't entirely true for one simple reason (in my opinion) - support doesn't have access to actual information/decision making, mods pick and choose.

Examples of that; support always gives copy paste answers which is totally fine, but very few times are they actually sending you to decision makers even if you need it. Most of the time you have to accept their copy paste answers and that's that, which is crap.

Regarding mods, how many answers do you actually see from them on the forums? Very very few. I'm not saying they should be answering all threads, or all the questions which can be found if you read the rules, I'm talking about problems/discussions that users are having. Again, not those that create threads about wanting their money back or that slots are rigged or any of that useless stuff. It's more important for mods to make posts about if female squirting is a myth or not (yes, that thread exists) or what your favorite animal is instead of having actual conversations on topics people care about - stake related.

Maybe I've understood their job wrong, but it was my impression that mods are/should be a liaison between stake and the users and vice versa. So when the users have suggestions/complaints whatever, they're the ones that manage them to their bosses. As they are able to create posts about races and such, it means that they get told those things by the marketing team, why would it only work one way? If I'm wrong, I apologize about my assumption

My understanding is :

MODS do what it means.  They moderate behaviour and language in the chatrooms & forums ;

SUPPORT acts as a liason between the players and the various departments.  They normally would direct players as to what their next step is to resolve their issue, or contact the correct person(s) on the players behalf.

If the problem is urgent, support will pass it to the Community Manager to deal with.  The Commumity Manager is usually montioring the support agent's workload in any case.

Ok, i get that and that seems fair.

So my question is, who is supposed to keep us informed about stuff or answer legitimate questions people have? Just as a quick example, there have been so many threads opened about the whole Easter disappointment thing, and probably more will be opened about a post monthly, pre monthly, monthly bonus etc. Wouldn't it make sense and be normal for stake to have somebody that makes one announcement when it's such a hot topic?

It seems like Eddie says stuff on his stream, rarely keeps his word about what he says and that's that. Which isn't too great imo.

Unless you see it here in writing from support or management, it's only speculation and is best ignored.

Eddie says many things on his stream.  But until you see it announced on here by support or management, it's probably something that may or not be in the pipeline & Eddie has had a tongue slip on the stream..

Hope this helps..

Good Luck

Agreed, but that's what I'm saying, there should be a few people that DO have access to the marketing team and higher ups in order to actually sort these things out. They should be able to offer some answers that are hot topics when they pop up. At the moment, it just seems like they don't care, which sucks.

Lol..  If they were on here answering every piece of gossip, conspiracy theories, trolling & peoples imagination, in the hope of getting them to give out more bonuses and the like.  They would be on here 24hrs a day and there be no time to devise any marketing strategies at all.

They do the right thing and ignore speculative posts.

Nothing is going to happen until you can read it here (or telegraph & Twitter) in a post from support or management is the Best advice I can give you

they've created 100 chat rooms with mods and stuff, i doubt they can't afford 2 people to just answer some legitimate questions when they do pop up bro :D and i do believe stupid threads should be closed, i'm not supporting spam or stuff.

honest question, do you feel like their communication is good? i could just be more picky so i'm curious as to how you feel about it

Two People (it don't matter how many people) will not stop the stupid topics and posts from popping up.

While communication could be better, i couldn't imagine that mods would be encouraged, or allowed to get involved with this stupidity.

most posts are allowed to stay up to discourage allegations of censorship

Unfortunately I have posted in the general section of the forum, and had my posts removed, without any reason given.

When this happens, kick off to support.

I've had a couple removed & had them put back again..  I've also had restrictions where My posts had to be approved before they got published...

have to admit though, even though they were true statements, they were very close to the bone & I guess Stake had to look after their own legal interests.. lol

Yeah its the affiliates, they will defend stake if they think it will affect their income. All affiliate data should be publicly available on any account.

BTW congrats on organising players to act together. Nothing will make stake shit the bed more than that. The players are stake, if they self organise they can do whatever they like with stake. Sack the current administration, replace them with new staff. That day is coming.

I agree I feel like its becoming really weird imo. I dont like how we didnt get eddies stream when the day before their twitter announced we would get a special stream. Now something coiuld come up for eddie last second, maybe not. Hard to say but still, and then the monthly with that easter bonus talk. Idk, I feel like the players need to take a stance. But we have these bad apples in the community that will eat the shit that the promo team gives us and not question it. But thats with everything in life

Unpaid Promotions (Full week and counting for some casino-promotions, not forum challenges) are stacking up as well.

Disappointing from Stake, again. Management really needs to look for a solution, I simply can't believe that this level of engagement is the best they could buy with this kind of money.

Na you are joking is it that bad?

I dont normally do this, but let me try make some calls, pull in some favours, and see if I can get a bonus for us by the end of the day. I cant make any promises but I will try.

Stake are unconcerned about allegations of censorship because posts are censored on a daily basis, most of the censorship happens at the forum rules level before a post is even written, in this way they get players to do the work of censoring their own posts.

Lmao no offense but doubt you have any pull. Literally doesnt even matter about that. I dont give a fuck about a bonus. But dont come and put this in your email "Yes, monthly bonuses typically are sent closer to the middle day of the month, but we thought we'd leave some room for some Easter plans across the website that will well and truly get you talking! " and then just fuck off and nothing more to be heard
