ksfk Posted April 23, 2022 #1 Posted April 23, 2022 UPDATE !! I'M ADDING THE VIDEO PROOF HERE: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1sc9IV3QKm6_wdez-fIvu6OUDi1sflz7g/view?usp=sharing (you can watch the video directly on google without downloading it) First of all, i hope this DDOS attack gets resolved asap. So this thing started right at a minute after the TG weekly bonus came out.. because i managed to claim it and directly to put my weekly bonus on crash the network status on crash started turning to red.. and it started lagging arround 10x multiplier.; then i clicked cashout.. while the button was still processing the cashout.. it managed to cashout before it blew up.. So this is were it started right? Whenever you tried to put a bet now.. the multiplier would stay at x1.00 for sometime... btw meanwhile there's not CASHOUT button !.. after refreshing the page.. the multiplier starts moving ofcourse.. but AGAIN there's no CASHOUT button even after refreshing the page. So while all of this is happening... Stake has not put any statement anywhere.. and they did not put a intersitial page (maintenance page). Instead they let people go through onto the site to keep playing the games and place bets.. However Crash is a realtime based game which is being hosted on another server right? But why are you not disabling the crash game for further bets to be placed? Alright the multiplier crash is hosted somewhere else but the cashout button is nowhere to be found.. for people to manually cash it out.. the only way to win was if you chose a AUTO CASHOUT multiplier before the game started.. Atleast the crash game should have completely be disabled! Because if there's no cashout button.. then this game shouldn't be live. The cashout button is hosted on stake.com. When you click the cashout button, the stake.com server sends a notification to the crash server.. but today there was no such option. I also have all this on video.. I've already sent out emails to the support and i hope everyone else does the same that has had this issue today.. after HOURS they finally decided to disable crash bets.. (while writing this post) I know people will say.. you should have used a low auto cashout multiplier.. well most people always use manual cashout feature.. and without this feature.. it's not called crash.. Also the reply i've had from the live chat agent was horrible !! 06:11 PM | Rade from Stake support team: Hi there. Crash is a game that is rendered on the player's side, meaning that if the player is using an outdated device and/or has a poor internet connection it could lead to some issues and lags. Since Crash is a real-time based game, it's highly recommended to use a more stable device and stronger internet connection.
pascalwl3 Posted April 23, 2022 #3 Posted April 23, 2022 I agree @EdwardYou should refund all losing bets which were placed during the time of the first DDOS attack
Massif Posted April 23, 2022 #5 Posted April 23, 2022 Live support are like tits on a nun, they ain't doing much.

No man, this is completely Stake its fault, because they let people go through onto the site itself while there should have been an maintenance page. Also they say " Since Crash is a real-time based game, it's highly recommended to use a more stable device and stronger internet connection. " well how are we supposed to send that notification to that realtime server.. if there's no cash-out button on Stake.com its END ?
Sk8erSpanky Posted April 24, 2022 #9 Posted April 24, 2022 Unfortunately support has said no one is getting their $ back. All casino and sportsbook games are at users own risk. It was a very sad day at stake and people lost a ton of money because of this and guess who gets the keep that money? ….

So you're saying people were F'd any how because we were not able to ping the Crash server to cash out?? This should be only for SPORTS bets as it is with any other online casinos out there..
Sk8erSpanky Posted April 24, 2022 #11 Posted April 24, 2022 Yes. At least that is what support is saying. They are not liable for any and all technical difficulties

For crash on the other hand it's part of if to take your profits.. However today after placing the bet.. the cashout button wasn't showing up.
Narchy Posted April 24, 2022 #13 Posted April 24, 2022 i got the same reply ... lost my weekly cause of that

Unfortunately they still consider it a “technical issue”.
dtek Posted April 24, 2022 #15 Posted April 24, 2022 "Hey there. We are currently experiencing some technical issues, and because of that site is under maintenance. Please be patient until everything is running normally again. We currently have no information on any kind of refund. Kind regards, Stake Support team."

If that's their final answer.. then i'll move on to somewhere else.. They were happy to let people place bets while all this was going on instead of putting out a maintenance intersitial page on.. and putting out a statement on their channels.. they put out a statement after probably XX hours..
upHolder Posted April 24, 2022 #17 Posted April 24, 2022 If the Cashout button was wasn't showing or disappeared, I think they should refund the bets which was placed at that moment ,because Crash is one of the Stake Originals game and we all know that the Cashout button got disappeared because of the DDoS attacks and it isn't users faults. ✌🏻 And I don't think it's hard for stake to refund those bets, which was placed at that moment, because every minutes people loose and win. So I hope a good solution for you guys that Cashout button got disappeared for.!.

The issue started a minute or 2 after the weekly bonus notifications were sent.. and it went like this for XX hours.. they finally decided to close bets on crash after 10 hours or more.. I even recorded the issue when it wasn't showing the cashout button.. i've already sent an email to the support.

THEY HAVE REMOVED THE CRASH GAME AFTER XX HOURS.

You did a v,good job by recording its video while the cashout button wasn't showing 👍🏻 and if you sent the video to support, I'm sure they will think about it. And they should've took the action earlier like disabling the crash.
Sk8erSpanky Posted April 24, 2022 #22 Posted April 24, 2022 Theres also a reason they greyed out the “buy feature” button for the majority of games. So if your wondering if you hit the feature but didnt win anything or barely anything it is because of the DDOS. Stake took action on certain thing, but they just led you to believe you still had the same odds as normal when you didnt. Check it out youll still see it greyed out
