I lost $49.5 on crash, I tried to cash out at 50x and the game didnt allowed me. The crash hit 59 and die. Aint fair.

They don't have any answer and I got the same issue in Plinko. Multiple mails I sent them hope they gonna recover our losses because I am not gonna play here till they fix this issue.
