What they are saying is that the old ToS didn't prevent multiple accounts but when the ToS was changed years later those accounts created under the old ToS were then seen as a violation. It does appear to be unfair in that regards as from the screenshot messages above they clearly were happy for players ot use more than one account.

Only if it was done after the change in ToS. They can change ToS any moment they like, but they must notify users so they could agree to the new terms. Also, they can't retroactively change the terms, otherwise they could simply change it to "humans are not allowed to use our services" and ban every account on Stake. Doesn't make sense, does it?

thejunespirit Posted July 11, 2022 #57 Posted July 11, 2022 Things went off track here, the “bonus abuser” claim on the OP’s case has nothing to do with multi accounts, they have made it a recent habit of removing the permanent reloads from accounts that earned it supposedly because they don’t bet enough anymore. Happened to me and I only have one account.

It was hard to find their email since the one that is shared on their license page for some reason wasn't able to receive any emails from me. Again, likely no result from this, but one thing to note here is that they could get in legal trouble if one of their sublicense holders is in breach of their license. This won't require me to seek any legal action, simply notifying them about a breach of license is enough, if they deem my case to have any merit to it.

iulianbutanu Posted July 12, 2022 #69 Posted July 12, 2022 We are entitled to make amendments to these Terms and Conditions at any time and without advanced notice. this sounds like putin in ukraine, don't get me wrong but this is how it is. also with restrictions on countries, how drake streams from US? lol or eddie from aus? and one more thing, i am on stake since their first day when eddie announced it on stream almost 5 years ago. i have 3 accs, 2 bronze, but i didnt gamble much on them, stayed on bronze cause at a moment it was just no ok to wagger on them based on the bonuses i received, but i remember being asked to make more and bonuses were made in such a way to encourage you to make accounts, but if anyone would say at any moment i abused i would be angry as i did not abuse at any moment any bonus. funny enough i am still plat 2 even if on minus like 80k$, when i started and got to silver the vip host was for gold users and on PD for bronze the reload. when i reached plat1 it was plat2, when i reached plat2, for plat3, so never had the luck for having a vip host. never got a special bonus ever. the only bonus that i ever get is the weekly and monthly in 5 years, not even chosen by giveaways :)) but i am still a gambler.. really sorry op not much you can do or hope...look at their score now on ask gamblers..5 out of 10..cmon stake ur the greatest crypto casino, do smth to fix these things..

Wow you're right, they said on my complaint that if Stake fails to reply, their rating would go down, didn't think it'd go down that much

The last Time I pointed out discrepencies in answers to a AskGamblers complaint, the post was removed and my posts were moderated for a while afterwards. I haven't managed to get in front ever since either.. Good Luck & I hope you get a positive resolution

As far as I understand if you stop playing that means there won’t be any wager. I got a screenshot of it. “A reload is a bonus you can claim either once every day, once every hour or even once every 10 minutes. This bonus has no strings attached & will forever be available. Even if you are not playing anymore.” When claiming reload it used to say “As a Platinum II VIP on Stake you are always entitled to this feature.”
